Thank you for your review.

I feel this review is very unfair. Firstly, our lead time was detailed very clearly on the website before you purchased, the lead time detailed on all of the product descriptions linked to the PSC x Mani collaboration stated a lead time of 8-12 weeks. Upon checking your order you received it just before the 12 weeks mark, so we were within the given lead time and did not break any agreement with you. If you decided to not read the product description to understand the lead time that should not reflect us as a business.

Whilst I appreciate the lead time is longer then our usual lead time, but, this collaboration was something never done before in the industry before, there were many logistical challenges such as getting the shoes to Mani, and back etc.

Lastly, saying our communication was sporadic, is not fair. We sent a total of 8 'update' emails, 8 emails for one order I feel is probably too many and in fact felt I was sending too many emails, but one thing I ensured during this process of completing orders was updating everyone as often as physically possible.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. While we believe your review is somewhat unfair, we’d like to address your concerns directly.

Our lead time is 4-6 weeks, which is clearly stated across multiple areas on our website: within all product descriptions under the section "IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ," in our terms and conditions, FAQs, and in the confirmation email sent after purchase. It’s important to note that you are not buying an "off-the-shelf" product. Each of our items is handmade and made to order, which is why our lead time is necessary to ensure the highest quality craftsmanship. Additionally, we always encourage customers to reach out if they need their shoes by a specific date, as we can often accommodate faster requests.

Regarding your comment about our shoes being available in Nike stores, we must clarify this is incorrect. Our products are custom-made, with new panels, swooshes, or paintwork added to create a unique design. They are not the same as what you’d find in a Nike store. If the pair you received matches the description and photos of the product you ordered, it raises the question: if you believe the price is too high or comparable to standard Nike products, why choose to purchase from us?

Our pricing reflects the skill, craftsmanship, and time involved in creating bespoke custom shoes. While we understand they may not be considered cheap, they are priced fairly based on the significant work required to make each pair unique.

(UPDATE: We resent the customer another pair of trainers, he then opened up a chargeback claim for one pair and the bank took the money, and he kept the other pair that did actually arrive. So the customer received 2 pairs of our trainers worth over £300, and claimed the money back)

May I kindly remind you that you have ordered handcrafted sneakers. These are not 'off-the-shelf' items available for immediate dispatch but are carefully made to order.

If you refer to our product descriptions, under the section titled 'IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ' (in capitals), you’ll find that our stated lead time is 4–6 weeks due to the handcrafted nature of our products. This information is also detailed in our terms and conditions, which you agree to when completing a purchase on our website. Additionally, it is outlined in our FAQs and was included in your order confirmation emails.

For your reference, the confirmation emails were sent on 16th November at 22:22 for your first order and on 29th November at 22:45 for your second order.

We kindly ask that you amend your review to reflect this information fairly.

Hi,

As these shoes are dyed, the colour variations can vary and we do have a disclaimer on our website stating this, sorry if you overlooked that.

Regarding fabric softener smell, so we actually do not use fabric softener on any of our trainers. Once the shoes have been dyed they are cleaned by our experts with sneaker cleaner to get rid of the coffee smell, we use specific sneaker cleaner, not fabric softener. Nonetheless, fabric softener would definitely smell nicer than coffee sneakers.
