When you contacted us, your concern related specifically to the placement of the reverse swoosh, not to any defects with the trainers. Had any defects been raised, we would have addressed them immediately. All of our trainers come with a lifetime guarantee, as we stand firmly behind our craftsmanship, reputation, and customer satisfaction.

Regarding the trainers purchased – Nike Jordan 1 OG Fragment – the design is inspired by the official Nike Jordan Fragment Travis Scott collaboration. This style features a cream reverse swoosh on the outer side of the shoe and a standard black Nike swoosh on the inner side. This is clearly shown in our website imagery and is exactly how the pair you received was produced. This was also explained to you via email following your enquiry.

In terms of pricing, our work reflects the time, skill, and materials involved. These trainers are not simply modified with a single detail; they are fully customised, including dyeing, hand-painted panels, and stitched-on components. While we appreciate that not everyone will see the same value in bespoke craftsmanship, many customers worldwide do, and we are proud of the quality we deliver.

Hello Raphael,

You have purchased 3 pairs of sneakers from us, first order was placed on the 8th of April. You ordered a US 8 but left a note with your order stating it needed to be 26.5cm. If you needed a 26.5cm you should have ordered a US 8.5, we manually adjusted your order for you. The second order you placed was on 26th of September, again like your first order you added a note stating it needed to be 26.5cm, however you ordered the wrong size again of a US 8. We again changed your order to a US 8.5. Your third order which is where your issue is was placed on 2nd of November, again you ordered a US 8 which is the wrong size if you need 26.5cm! However, this time you did not leave a note stating you needed it 26.5cm. So, we are not going to change the size of your order without instruction from you, furthermore; respectfully we get a lot of orders and it is physically impossible for us to remember everyone's name and size. I would have expected by the third order for you to order the correct size.

Your review is not a true reflection of our business and the business we have done together. The shoes you received are exactly as per your order and we have absolutely not made a mistake or done anything wrong. You ordered the wrong size and I am not prepared to have PSC held accountable for this.

Hi Ty,

Thank you for the review. Firstly price is subjective. A significant amount of time and craftsmanship goes into our sneakers, and whilst I am not naive to the fact some of our sneakers are not 'cheap' we pride ourselves on craftsmanship. I am very confident in saying the sneakers you received are exactly as they appear on the website because no mention of them being different has been disclosed here or within our email communication. On the basis of this I am confused, if you thought they were too expensive it begs the questions why you purchased them?

Hi Barry,

Thank you for the review. I have just looked at our emails, and your email went into our junk folder which is why the email was missed so apologies about this.

I have since, checked and emailed you back. I have looked at the website the photos and there is a photo of the rear or the shoes on the website and here we can the inside stripes are not painted, on the basis of this I do not feel there is anything misleading on the website.

We have been selling these shoes for well over 5 years and never once had any confusion from other customers. However, customer satisfaction is a very high priority for us which is why via email we have suggested you returning the shoes to us so we can paint the inside for you completely free of charge.

Customers review:

After ordering my pair at an already very high price and waiting more than a month for it, the delivery driver told me upon arrival that I had to pay an additional €150 in taxes in order to receive my parcel. I obviously refused. Now, a month later — with Christmas approaching — I still haven’t been refunded.

After exchanging messages with customer service, a man who was truly unpleasant claimed to be the owner of the company and said he would only refund 80% of the price, simply because it is written in the “terms and conditions.”

PLEASE REFUND ME!!!

Our reply:

Hi,

We have communicated extensively via email, and every single message you have sent has been extremely rude and aggressive. We do not allow this type of behaviour towards any of our staff, and it will not be tolerated.

We are the first to admit when we have made a mistake; however, no mistake has been made on our side. Under all product descriptions, in the section clearly labelled “IMPORTANT – PLEASE READ,” it is explicitly stated that our prices do not include import taxes or duties.

It is also important to clarify that PSC does not profit from or benefit in any way from import taxes. These charges are imposed by your local authorities. If you believe these fees are excessive, we recommend contacting them directly.

You refused to pay the import taxes, and as a result, UPS returned the sneakers to us. Upon receiving the sneakers back, we then processed the refund. This process was clearly communicated to you in our very first exchange. Please note that we have no control over the return transit time.

Additionally, within the same “IMPORTANT – PLEASE READ” section, it is clearly stated that failure to pay import taxes will result in UPS returning the item to us, and that any refund will be subject to a 20% restocking fee plus shipping costs. This information is fully outlined in our terms and conditions, shipping policy, and returns policy.

We cannot and will not be held accountable for these terms being overlooked. By completing a purchase with us, you agreed to all stated policies.

The reason the refund amount is reduced is because we are required to pay import taxes and return shipping fees to have the sneakers sent back to us. It would not be fair for us to absorb these costs due to a failure to read the clearly stated terms.

The shoes have since been returned to us and the refund has now been sent to the customer.

Our policies could not be made any clearer.

Import taxes are very frustrating for us as a business and I understand the frustration consumers can have to. Within all product descriptions there is a section that says 'IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ' and within this section it does state that our prices do not include import taxes.
