Unable to get refund for cancelled event
I booked tickets, and event cancelled, complicated way to get a refund. And if you did not apply for a refund within the specific time, the refund window closes and they will not refund you. Truly disappointing Platinumlist policies for refund

After reviewing your case, we confirmed that you held two separate orders for the postponed event. A refund request for your first order was submitted within the organizer's announced refund window, and that transaction has been successfully processed.
However, we did not receive a refund request for the second order during that designated timeframe. Once an organizer's refund window closes, their system locks, and we are unfortunately unable to process any further refunds. As a ticketing agent, we are strictly required to adhere to the terms and conditions set by the event organizers.
We completely understand how frustrating this outcome can be, but these policies are established by the organizers and applied consistently to all ticket holders.
If you have any further questions or if you believe there has been an error, please don't hesitate to reach out to our support team. We are always here to help look into things for you.

I was worried at first
I was worried at first, because after booking the tickets, the timing was 11 am, I was worried since I just spent 500 dirhams and it was 1 pm, thank fully Habiba, from their customer support helped me, with quick and valuable responses I was so thankful for her solving my problem in no time.

Very poor experience with Platinumlist.
I booked tickets through platinumlist.net for a World Cup screening in Dubai. The match was advertised to start at 04:00 local time, but after I had already purchased the tickets, it was postponed by at least an hour due to severe weather.
The issue was not just the one-hour delay. There was no certainty at that point that the match would not be delayed further or cancelled altogether. Given the very late timing and the uncertainty, I could no longer attend.
I contacted Platinumlist immediately and made it clear that I needed an answer before the event so I could plan accordingly. I waited a long time, was told it would be escalated, and then only received a reply the next day saying there would be no refund. They did not properly address the fact that the event timing had materially changed after purchase.
I understand no-refund policies for a normal change of mind, but this was different. The event did not go ahead at the advertised time, and there was ongoing uncertainty due to severe weather.
The setup also felt poor value, with customers made to pay extra and only able to redeem part of it on food/drinks. There was also no reserved seating.
Overall, Platinumlist did not come across as professional at all. I expect better standards from a ticketing platform operating in Dubai. Based on this experience, I would avoid using them again.

We completely understand how difficult it was to plan your attendance given the late hours and the uncertainty caused by the severe weather conditions.
We have reviewed your request thoroughly. While the delay was caused by sudden and severe weather conditions rather than an error on our part, and the organizers technically declined the request, we value you as a customer and have processed a refund of 300 AED as a special exception.
Regarding the venue setup, we will share your feedback about the food and beverage redemption and the seating arrangement with the event organizers to help improve future events.
We truly appreciate your patience and feedback as it helps us review our support timelines, and we always aim for customer satisfaction.
