The ticket purchasing process is easy and quick. I had a little concern regarding my ticket but due to the fast and helpful assistance of their customer support , I was able to claim my ticket beforehand.

In roughly a third of the time I have had to deal with this company, they have been extremely inefficient in solving ticketing issues. When things work, fine. When they don't work, it is an eye opener. People try and help but the way things are set up, the whole system appears chaotic and as a result front line staff come across as unprofessional, which is maybe unfair. I sense there needs to be a system reset in order to get things right. Some of the issues are listed here. They appear to mix feedback via humans and robots in one single communication chat with the latter at times repeating requests to you as the user after the conversation with a human has moved on. They appear to pass on problems from one dept to the other without passing on all information about it so the user is obliged to repeat and resend evidence of the issue multiple times. Often slow responses and then a heavy burden on you to send screenshots, videos etc. so they can try to help you. They even asked me to forward emails to them that they had sent me in the first place! The right hand doesn't seem to know what the left hand is doing. Once an entertainment client chooses them as ticket provider, clients of that entertainment client like us are automatically locked in. We can't choose another ticket provider, so sadly we have to suffer in the hope that they will eventually improve their quality. I have offered to provide constructive feedback by phone as I want to be sure I am communicating with a humam being. I would like them to improve so I don't have to suffer in the future. I did not hear a response to my offer yet but the offer is a sincere one and I hope they will take it up. As we often have no choice in ticketing management provider, it is in all our interests that the level of service quality improves.

They are available on WhatsApp and are so responsive . They provide accurate information and guide you appropriately. Aya Bilal took the time to find out about my query and then guided me in a very timely manner

I have bought tickets to the F1 in Azerbaijan and received confirmation. Additionally I have asked about confirmation and the support told me: Yes, of course, your tickets 100% confirmed and you will receive it few days before the race. 2 days after that they told me: Unfortunately, the Champions Club is now sold out, and we are unable to accommodate your booking request. I have bought flights and book hotel only because I have confirmed tickets from this shit summers!!! If you have bought tickets on this portal it is not guaranteed tickets!!! They can told you about 100% confirmed order and after 2 days just cancel the order. Totally not recommended!!! Scammers!

I bought a ticket for one concert and I got a emergency and I will not be able to attend I tried to refund my ticket but there is no way if you forget or you didn’t know about paying for the refund you have to check and pay extra so you can refund the ticket in the future. I didn’t know about this feature and now I am not able to refund my ticket.
