I couldn’t get a clear answer on getting my cash out

I am making a descion to retire. This is a time I have been working towards for 44 years. Previously I transferred my Phoenix pensions to my current provider but due to some admin at you end one remains. Now you are making my claim on these funds extremely difficult. You are backlogged and I can get to talk to the right department as you have no direct line I still waiting a call back over 7 days so far. This is ridiculous. CALL ME.

Excellent customer services if you can get through. Really frustrating 2 minutes plus voice messages to get you through to the correct department only to find out they don’t answer.

Once through and speaking to someone the service is great and staff very helpful.

Reason for the poor rating is the waiting times and the same message all the time on their automated system.

I had a pension enquiry, due to work commitments i wasnt able to call customer services until late. I was the caller that everyone hopes they wont get just before clocking off their shift. The operator managed my enquiry thoroughly and professionally.

Extremely difficult to get to speak to someone. Always a lengthy wait, followed by a further wait to speak to the person who maybe able to help. They aren’t ever available. Then wait 5 days for a call back. On the 5th day I call back and coincidentally at that time while I’m on hold I miss the call back. Don’t get a second call back and then have to back into the 5 day queue after calling again. Just frustrating support and service

I’m still waiting for the documents to be sent to me to release my payout.
After several phone conversations with staff, things looked promising, But sadly the final follow up to release my payout has come to a grinding halt…

This has become increasingly frustrating due to not living in the Uk, with phone calls and emails being delayed.

The people I dealt with at Phoenix Life handled my serious ill health claim with the professionalism and sympathetic customer care beyond my expectations

Terrible !!! I have been trying to access my legacy pension for a year !! Hopeless cannot speak to anyone and no one comes back I’m moving all my savings from you as it is SO bad

It took forever to request a claim form to enable me to receive my annuity. I was telephoned by people who then said they would put me through to another department as they could not deal with it, I was kept waiting for ages and then told I would get a call back which did not necessarily happen.
