The person I spoke to helped explain my options and answered all my questions and what would happen through the process , from my first enquiry through to my final decision the service was explained and always made me feel able to ask questions if I was unsure , I couldn't of asked for better customer service

This company found me, an old policy from 40 years ago that I only paid into for a couple of years matured and I didn't even know it existed.

A whole new level of incompetence from this bunch of charlatans simply processing a death claim for a few thousand pounds. Now in month 4 trying to get our money. They take weeks to respond, they take weeks to send a letter, their staff seem to have no idea what is going on, they claim to have no access to letters that they have sent out, they keep asking for the same information (that they have had for months) over and over again. They either do this deliberately in order to earn interest on our money or they are incompetent. At such a difficult time, we could do without having to deal with these morons. Another insurer required one phone call, they dealt with everything on that call and we had the money in our bank account a couple of days later.

I have been a customer since the 89’s when they were Abbey Life
I called today with a query and Daniel Lobor took my call and was the epitome of excellent customer service
He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and is credit to Phoenix Life

The young guy Sam was very informative on the issue I was enquiring about and was treated with the utmost respect Sam is a credit to his employer

Rubbish customer service.
Poor communication, staff who are ill trained and informed.
Avoid at all costs

The issues I had were sorted out quickly and efficiently with no bother.

I will give a review for this company when they eventually sort my retirement pension out...which so far has taken 5 months and still no sign of any money....woeful.

What I requested was dealt without any drama and contact with customer service was pleasant

Answered my query with 25% pension withdrawal. Also explained clearly the relevant process.

Awful company to contact, conflicting information from them time and time again. Hoping my pension might get paid out eventually, but still doing the lottery just in case.

Easy to contact and speak to a real person. Each time i called, i was through quickly without having to wait in a queue and the person i spoke to explained things clearly and in a helpful manner.

Still waiting for a reply to an email I sent on the 7th May.

Still no response to my request now going to ombudsman

Many promises over past months about sending paperwork but needed to many reminders before finally getting them

A person answered the phone promptly, which is a rarity these days with most companies. Knew the answers to all my questions.
