Good Product without hidden limits
Good Product without hidden limits. If you look to see inside the PDS of the insurance offerings you will find a number of most policies have a whole bunch of exclusions and limits. I chose petsy as they don't have sub limits and I can cancel anytime.
After nearly a month of calling and reading I found this was the best policy for my cats. You can tell that they are different just by the staff and the knowledge they have.

Any time that I've had to reach out to them they've been supportive and really helpful with everything in any questions that I've ever had.

So we used to have other insurance with a supermarket and it was accidental only. Now you would think if your pet swallows something that's an accident, BUT it's considered an illness to many pet insurers.
Now petsy doesn't even sell "accidental" only insurance.
I'm writing this so that you don't make the same mistake as us.
Petsy has no hidden limits and ways confusing you to think you are covered.
I'm highly recommending petsy.

Have been a customer for a few years with our dogs and then added the cat. The first time I hadn't heard of petsy but was recommended by my best friends who have a cute cavalier. They take great care of their pup so I figured they have done the research. I'm glad I chose petsy as they have been amazing through a time that was stressful.

I have had a very good experience dealing with petsy. Had no idea what a claim was and have other insurances but never claimed. We made a claim and the money was back within days. The staff are very helpful.

We will stay with Petsy for a long time
Pet insurance is something that I pay more for my dogs and cat than myself, however I can't control my pets and most importantly they can't tell me when they feel unwell. Unlike the kids they usually have to have some large pain before you see any signs of pain. This is why iI choose to insure them. I also have found that in comparison to the other providers the service at Petsy is well beyond what is expected. We've used a few insurers in our time but we will be continuing with petsy.

I joined them about a year ago. Have had a claim paid and the responsiveness of the petsy team is reassuring that I've made the right choice. I did have insurance with a supermarket before that ended in year and many complaints. No complaints here with petsy pet insurance and the customer service I have received.

My experience with Petsy has been positive. I have had to make 2 claims with me cat in May and then last week and they were paid first online and then the second using the vet system.

My daughter is with petsy and last year we got a new puppy. They helped us with a breeder recommendation and the puppy has been the best thing for us as retirees. I must admit it has been a while since we've had children or puppies in the house so having them was great peace of mind. They have always been helpful.

Petsy is right for me and my pets
Was doing a load of research and found that this best suited my needs for our new puppy and also got Petsy for our cat. They are not reading off a screen overseas, which was nice to speak to another aussie who actually knew what my breed was and understood me. Have made one claim after a year and never had a bad experience with them so far
