I went with Petsy because of the way their staff were able to explain the products and allow me to understand the differences. I then conducted a lot of research and compared between them and many others. Ultimately it was down to no sub limits, the annual excess vs others per claim excess and also I had confidence that they understood me and my cavoodle. I didn't want to be speaking and placed on hold for an hour to the supermarket or just another add on product. All they do is pet insurance which is reassuring.

I used Petsy to help me get insurance for my cat. I have a seal point ragdoll named Mabel. The team were SUPER helpful, lovely, kind and very understanding when I asked a MILLION questions. Highly recommend purely (or purrrrely haha) off the high level of service alone.

My dog recently passed away from a brain tumour. It was a tough couple of months but it helped being able claim most of the vet bills back. Petsy were responsive and easy to deal with. It gave me one less thing to worry about after losing my dog.

Good customer service is the real reason I am happy to write this review. Only made a small claim in the past few years. Not had much else to report apart from the staff are lovely people.

The decision to get pet insurance is one that if it was ten years ago I probably wouldn't. But now pets and vets are so expensive so I decided that it was necessary. I chose petsy for the high claim amounts and added excess.

Easy to sign up and handle the policy requirements online. Having pet insurance gives us peace of mind and the people who work at petsy give me confidence that I made the right choice.

News flash!!! Not all pet insurance is the same. We switched a few years ago because the other company we were with was horrendous. Long wait times and overseas staff who didn't care. Recently we had to use our policy for a fight at the dog park and the Petsy team were so helpful. Thanks Petsy

I'm a cat lover and I can see that the people I talk to are also animal and in particular one customer service rep named See is also a cat lover. I know I have a better chance with finances when I have pet insurance should something go wrong.

Best pet insurances around hands down. The people that work at this company are very good at their jobs. You know they care by following up and you know they are doing the right things for pet owners. I have switched here for two of my pets the other older one I can't. But if we had the pick of the 4 providers we have been with it would be Petsy everyday.

So far so good. We never wanted to get pet insurances but then our daughters dog had this insurance and it saved her $8,000. We haven't had to claim yet so can't talk for the claims but so far the customer service is very good.

Good old Australian Customer service from a team that really cares and shows it.

Each time we have to get in touch with the team at Petsy it's been a dream.

Have had to make two claims and each time I felt like more than just a number which is sadly what I get from others. They even go as far as following up for you and asking

Purchased the custom cover with no sub limits once we completed our research on cover and other people's recommendation.
