I want to share my experience with the customer support at PetCove. I had a problem with my PurrTek, and the customer care representative, Butch, was incredibly helpful and accommodating. I simply provided the information he needed, and during that very same email exchange, he informed me that he was sending a new replacement, which is expected to arrive tomorrow! The process was incredibly smooth, and I am so satisfied. If you ever need help, Butch is the guy to go to! Thanks a lot!"

Butch and Fred were prompt and efficient in helping me. When I reached out about a problem with my automatic litter box not running properly, Fred responded almost instantly and walked me through all the necessary troubleshooting procedures. When that didn’t work, I emailed again the next day and Butch was able to get me a new unit which shipped almost instantaneously. Both of these gentleman were not only kind and knowledgeable, but incredibly helpful and quick to action! Petcove just earned a lifetime customer - Signed, Me and my beautiful fur baby 🐾

We would give them 10 stars if we could. We purchased a Purrtek Max from an outlet store and it turned out that it was missing a couple of crucial parts to operate it and we could not return it. I reached out to the support team at Petcove to see if they could help us and CM and the Petcove team went above and beyond (when they didn't have to) to help us find the missing parts and ship them out to us asap! Easy to reach support and find a resolution and replacement

My experience with Petco has been absolutely excellent Alondra was so polite and helpful in returning the product and shipping me a new one all I had to do was send a product ID number from buying it and the picture there were no questions asked I highly recommend Petco to everyone that I know that has a cat the service is absolutely excellent and I love the lifetime warranty Petco is one of the only companies that I know that do not give you a hassle over returning something thank you again Alondra for all of your help so much appreciated

I have bought the PurrTek Light and once I received it, I registered for the lifetime warranty. This product exceeded my expectation because I thought youd have to use the app to control the automation. It works just fine as soon as you plug it in. I had it for 2 cats and it has been the best purchase to save time. It did last 2 years but i think its because i have 2 cats using it, so it was constantly going haha the lifetime warranty process was a great experience. The customer service with PetCove is outstanding, they do care about the customer and stand by their products. Fred is the one who helped me and I am grateful to have bought this product brand out of the others as some don't follow up or even reply if there was any issues. By me, I recommend this product without a doubt. Thank you again PetCove and associate Fred.

We ordered PurrTek Light Self Cleaning Litter Box through Amazon and six months later it stopped working. We contacted Petcove and within a week we had a new litter box. They were super helpful and fast. Customer service was excellent. They communicated every step of the way.

My Purrtek stopped working and when I called for assistance I was promptly issued a replacement and it's being shipped in an expedited manner. It's a terrific machine and I greatly appreciate the replacement policy.

Alondra was amazing when I called and verified my purchase the product was replaced. The stop error had no solution other than a replacement. It arrived the next fantastic customer service.

We were very pleased with our unit but unfortunately it had issues only months into using it. I contacted the customer support and provided pictures and proof of purchase. Customer support was extremely nice, helpful, and understanding and was willing to provide a replacement unit. The unit arrived quickly, literally days within days of contacting customer support.

I researched many automatic cat litter boxes for two male cats, bonded brothers! The ones with semi open tops seemed promising, but the petcove light proved the best for these boys.
And to top off a good choice, the customer service is the best! Thank you Butch!

I have been a cat owner for 17 years and have tried every big brand automatic litter box on the market, but the PetCove PurrTek Light is by far the easiest to maintain and most comfortable for my two cats. My big boy is roughly 27lbs and part Maine Coon, and this is the first box that is actually comfortably big enough for his size. I love that I can control exactly when it cleans after a cat has used it and that the rake is remarkably quiet and very easily cleaned.
The unit also keeps litter box smells to a minimum and I rarely smell it except maybe when it is currently cleaning and dumping the waste into the bin. The unit holds a lot of waste and the bags that come with it have held up great. I have had this litter box since the beginning of January (4 months) and only have to deep clean it maybe once a month, which only takes roughly 20 to 30 minutes using a wide brush for the base and a smaller one for the nooks and crannies. Other than that, I just take the trash out every 3 to 4 days and add litter when it gets low.
Even though the motor failed after four months of use, which could happen with absolutely any electronic, the company offers a lifetime warranty that they actually stand behind. My box stopped working late on a Sunday and the customer service was unbelievably quick and reassuring. I spoke with CM about the issues I was having and they were incredibly kind and thorough with the replacement process. It is rare to find someone so patient and genuinely helpful, but CM went above and beyond to make me feel heard and supported throughout the entire experience. It took only one business day for CM to troubleshoot my issues and have a replacement shipped so that it will be here by Thursday.
You are not only investing in a great quality product but you are investing in a company and people like CM who will hear your concerns and take them seriously, which is, as many of us know, very rare.
