I have had the pleasure of working With Alondra a few times now. Whenever there is something wrong she continues to address my issue and get us the fastest response in form of customer service. This is one the best Customer Service experiences I have had.

I was having issues with a litter box that I ordered and Fred was able to assist and immediately send out the replacement that I needed! Great customer service.

Wow the way this team and specifically Alondra helped me through out the process of figuring out what was wrong/ replacing our broken litter box was BEYOND AMAZING. I cannot recommend this company enough. They were quick to reply and I really appreciated the recommendation on other options of how to possibly fix it. And then getting our new one shipped out so fast and delivered within only a couple days was so fantastic. After putting in a claim for replacement parts for the Petcove automatic litter pan, I thought I would just be getting the replacement parts I asked for but, instead, they sent me an entirely new litter pan. I admire your company’s customer service. It has been a pleasure working with you. Customer service has gone down hill, this day and age, but this company has been amazing!!! Thank you!!

Petcove customer service is fantastic. I had an especially great experience with Fred, who was extremely helpful in helping me work through replacing my automatic litter box. He was extremely responsive and prompt in helping come to a solution, and made an experience that was initially bothersome very smooth and easy.

I purchased the Purrtek Lite Litter box as a christmas gift. My kids absolutely loved it. Unfortunately it stopped working last week. When I contacted Petcoveshop and explained what was happening Alondra took care of everything immediately. She did not give me a runaround and was able to get us a replacement right away. I would absolutely recommend purchasing from this company as they stand behind their products.

I bought large cat litter box that said was good size from cats up to 22lbs. Easy to set up and shipped quickly but unfortunately it was not large enough for us as we have 3 Maine Coon cats. They were all to big to get in box and even turn around.
Contacted Petcoveshop and spoke with Alondra. Very pleasant lady and understanding my problem.
Sent me a return label and I shipped it back and received refund all in one week.

Alondra was amazing to work with. My unit quit working after 9 months. Sent a quick video & they issued me out a new unit within 24 hours. Let me keep my old unit as well. Probably the best customer service a company has offered.

I am so pleased with Petcove electric litter box. When mine messed up, I was so sad! I contacted Petcove via email, Mrs. Alondra responded back right away and helped me get a new Petcove electric litter box! So happy my home doesn’t smell anymore!

After a small piece broke off our litter box, it would no longer work so we called to maybe get a replacement part. Alondra let us know that the part was on back order but the company would gladly replace our litter box. It arrived within 3 days of talking with Alondra. We were amazed at such good customer service and wish every company would stand behind their products like this one! Thank you so much. I had purchased an automatic self-cleaning litter box that I purchased on Amazon. When I notified the manufacturer about a malfunction with the cover for disposed litter, they were very responsive and accommodating. I was surprised and relieved that they did this for me. It’s hard to come by good customer service these days, so it’s worth the purchase. Kudos!

Even though the litter box didn't work for five months, the customer service I recieved from Alondra really helped and got me a new one! The litter box itself is great for large cats and for cats who don't like more enclosed automatic litter boxes. It comes with a nice set of bags, and it's very easy to clean since it doesn't stain easily, which is a bonus when cleaning. Overall, this is a very good product with some minor issues, and it's definitely worth the price if you're looking for an affordable, open automatic litter box.
