First Class product at a very reasonable price, with superb very fast back up from the monitoring team.

I have had the alarm system less than a week and have activated one call. This was answered instantly and as I had suffered no harm was dealt with quickly and easy. The system was easy to set up and I am confident I am in good hands in future.

At 84 and unwell, I recently had a bad fall in my home. My son was visiting to help me at the time. Thank goodness he was here when fell in my bedroom at night as I live alone. Head injury. Hospital! My son then did the research and ordered a personal alarm for me from you. Th technology terrified me but a caring friend has set it all up for me. I’m wearing the pendant all the time now and know what to do should I fall tho hope I never need it! Thank you.

Very easy to order and set up minimal fuss great interaction with the emergency lady who talked us through all the set up steps. I did it all on my phone for my mum and set up the direct debit came very quickly would definitely recommend

These Alarms should be free to anyone who has lived, worked and paid National Insurance for most of their working Live. My Friend in Scotland got hers free from the national Health, my Children are paying for mine. Why ????? Is there a reason ???

I have had my personal alarm for about 2 weeks when I had a blowout on my car.
The airbags activated and the alarm called the control centre who in turn called the police. It saved me a lot of time and effort after the incident and all the services responded quickly. So I am well pleased with it .
