Contacts at a great price!
The contacts came on time and were packed securely. I just had to put in my prescription and choose what I wanted. Super easy! Got some really cool coloured contacts too!

Thanks for your review! Happy to hear everything was easy.
The costumer services takes you for a fool
They have handled shipping wrongly, where they dropped the unit number and as a result it was returned to their warehouse. I use my autofill which is correct and never causes me any issue for years. When I asked for the shipment reimbursement this is what I get: « It appears that your browser auto fill doesn’t work well this time. » and they ask me to reorder with paying for the shipment again!!!!
This costumer service insults me just like that!
I’d put zero if I could. 1 is too high already!

Hi Elnaz'
We're sorry to hear you were disappointed with your experience. We understand that the missing unit number in the shipping address caused an issue with the delivery. To help resolve the situation, we waived the restocking fee and processed the remaining refund.
To help avoid this in the future, we recommend reviewing the shipping details carefully before completing the payment.
