Easy to navigate & responsive support
Easy to navigate, it's a pretty simple website. An app would be more helpful though.
I like the ability for people to leave reviews on the different brands/types of lenses, although it would be better if more people left reviews (myself included).
I had missed using a discount code before purchasing - the response to my email was prompt, and they applied the discount for me manually. Terrific customer support.

The ordering and delivery was fine
The ordering and delivery was fine. The daily contacts I bought, I have worn four pairs now and every single pair has ripped while wearing them within an hour of putting them in causing immediate and great discomfort. I know it’s not a handling problem on my part, after the first one I was extra careful with them. Haven’t tried to wear them again after the fourth tear.

Do not recommend
I’ve worn contacts for 30 years, these by far were the worse I’ve ever felt. After putting one in my eye it stung and felt like sand paper in my eye. I have light hazel eyes and purchased the light blue colour and there was no change of colour in my eye.
