The little gifts
The little gifts such as the calendar and the free sample I received. Found a new brand that I liked better than my current one. Delivery service is quick and dependable and pricing is reasonable.

I’m very disappointed with your express…
I’m very disappointed with your express shipping service and feel I was misled.
I placed and paid for express delivery on May 29 (~$13), expecting significantly faster shipping. However, my package is not arriving until June 4 — that’s 6 days. For comparison, my previous order placed on May 5 with standard delivery also took exactly 6 days, arriving May 11.
There is no difference between your express and standard shipping times. I paid $13 for nothing.
I understand you may point out that my order was placed on a Friday evening — but that’s exactly my point. If you charge customers a premium for express delivery, you have a responsibility to ensure it actually delivers faster, regardless of when the order is placed. If Canada Post cannot meet that standard on weekends, you should partner with a carrier that can.
I would like a refund of the express shipping fee. Please look into this — it’s not fair to charge customers for a service that provides no added value.

Besvarelse fra perfectlens.ca
Hi Liubov,
Thank you for your feedback.
We apologize for any confusion.
As you mentioned, the order was placed on Friday and shipped on the next business day. It is expected to be delivered within the promised timeframe of 1–3 business days.
Please note that business days do not include weekends or public holidays. We also offer a FedEx 1-day delivery option for faster shipping in future orders.
As a gesture of goodwill, we would like to refund the difference between the express and standard shipping charges for this order.
A confirmation email regarding the refund will be sent to you shortly.

Unable to contact manufacturer
I received a sample with my order and I had a reaction to the lens. I inquired about speaking to the manufacturer and Perfectlens could not connect me with them (I had also done a search and could not find a direct contact). Luckily, the reaction was mild but if this had been severe, I had no recourse and could not warn others of something potentially dangerous.
