It was a pleasure dealing with the team at Paul Wallace. Joe kept us informed throughout the whole process and provided me with detailed information on our home and answered all of our queries very promptly. In December I spoke with Mr Paul Leadley @ the Cheshunt branch to arrange a valuation of my house with the hope to get it on the market in the new year. Paul was very polite, professional, punctual & very personable. After the valuation he remained in contact without pestering :) Unfortunately we did not proceed but, when I advised Paul of this, whilst he was of course disappointed, he was just so very gracious about it, it was refreshing! Highly recommend Paul to anyone considering appointing an estate agent...

I can't rate Paul Wallace highly enough! Such a great process from start to finish. In particular I want to call out Joe S & Peter G for their fantastic support throughout. They went above and beyond to find us exactly what we were looking for. They are the perfect mix of friendly and professional and just a pleasure to deal with. No help is ever too much for them and they made sure everything went as smoothly as possible.

I contacted Paul Wallace after having listed my property on the market with another agent who I was less than impressed with. From day one the service was miles ahead of what I had previously received with the other local agent. Paul Wallace’s experience and local knowledge stood out, along with their marketing and within one week my property was sold at full asking price.
The whole buying/ selling process was handled exceptionally, we had a complicated chain and was against the deadline for stamp duty holiday. Joe went above and beyond to help ensure that the sale went through within the timescales we needed, picking up the slack that some other agents in the chain were not doing. I cannot thank them enough for all their help and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to sell their property.

Paul Wallace were an absolute God send from start to finish with the moving process. Previously we had tried another agent to move house and were unsuccessful due to the volume of traffic with the stamp duty holiday.

Then we tried Paul Wallace. Game changer.

Jon from the Cheshunt office sold our house on the first viewing and was so attentive throughout the whole process. The solicitor, Robert, that was recommended was also so efficient and went over and above what he should do for us. The service felt very efficient and professional yet also personal at the same time as we weren’t just a number that earnt commission for a faceless agent we were people and the emotional impact of moving etc was in mind at all times.

Then there was Joe. When I say we can’t thank him enough we mean that. The service he provided was so heartfelt and thorough. He presented himself as a real person to us throughout the whole process and his down to earth, knowledgeable manner was so assuring throughout the moving process with our 11 week old baby. It felt like he understood how much a move meant to us and was right there with us.
Definitely have a nice bottle of wine winging it’s way to the Hoddesdon office for you Joe. You and Robert Dawson (the solicitor working in partnership with Paul Wallace) were instrumental in this move and we are so grateful as we know it would not have completed in the timeframe needed if it wasn’t for you both front running this for us.

We would never use another agent again, see you when we sell this house!

One thing I’ve learned over the last few months is always use a local agent and if possible, make sure that agent is Paul Wallace!

We started off with another agent and were getting nowhere with our sale, so switched to Paul Wallace Cheshunt and immediately noticed the difference. The first viewing Jon did resulted in an accepted offer which unfortunately fell through later on with the buyer at fault, but then they soon found another. We were lucky to buy via Paul Wallace Hoddesdon who showed us a beautiful home. Both sites then worked tirelessly to beat the stamp duty deadline and somehow pulled it off in time, saving us £12,000! Special shout out goes to Jon Quy (Cheshunt), Joe Solazzo (Hoddesdon) and the solicitor they recommended, Robert Dawson at Barnes and Partners.

What sets Paul Wallace apart from other agents is that they always answered the phone and even when the news wasn’t going to be good, responded quickly to emails, and generally were really proactive and personable at every opportunity.

Thanks to everyone at Paul Wallace for your hard work, you absolutely smashed it for us. When the time comes to sell there’s no way we’ll use anyone else.

Joe Solazzo has honestly been so helpful, honest, professional and went above and beyond. I don't think the property purchase would have gone through without his constant chasing! He kept me in the loop with literally every update, either by telephone or sending me email updates. I was so impressed!

In what can be a really stressful and uncertain process I really appreciated Joe's honesty and reassurance. The rest of team seem really lovely and friendly too.
