This is the 2nd time we’ve used Paul Wallace for a sale and just as the last time they have provided a fantastic service. From the initial valuation right through to completion they have reinforced the importance of clarity and a high speed pace to support the sale of our property. The updates we received between our buyers solicitor and relaying message from our solicitor were prompt and clear, this lead to a timely exchange of contracts. One member of the team I feel needs further recognition is Daniel, going above and beyond in these uncertain times to reassure us at each stage of the conveyancing which is really appreciated. That’s not forgetting Paul, Mark and John for their support.

I have been dealing with Jon Quy at Paul Wallace for the purchase of my first house. I was a bit nervous as I am a wheelchair user and have not gone through this process for about 20 years. From the start, Jon was amazing. He created me at the house and helped me inside and he was really friendly, helpful and best of all, always kept me up to date. He responds immediately to call, emails or any queries and really helped to guide me through the purchase. I spoke to his team when Jon dared to take 3 days off work (yes terrible behaviour I know 😂) but his team knew exactly what was happening and kept the great customer service going . I could not ask more from Paul Wallace and Jon's team and highly recommend them as a great company to deal with. Thanks guys , you have been perfect .

We used Paul Wallace estate agents to sell our home recently and can not recommend them enough.
We were impressed by Mark at initial meeting he was open and honest with his opinions and think valued the house to its true worth. We went with all of his advice and put him in total control of the marketing strategy for the property and this paid off 100%. He suggested block viewings, he conducted all of these which was so much easier for us and is much more professional than us amateurs showing potential buyers round. The house sold in one week for full asking price to a great buyer.
The service does not stop there as from then on the team constantly check and monitor every aspect of the sale/purchase keeping everyone up to date throughout the process which is great for both buyer and vendor.
Mark and all of the team at the Cheshunt branch are all consummate professionals, someone always answers the phone with each member familiar with the property. For once we can say an agent that thoroughly earns and is worth every pound of their commission.

Superb!!! These guys held my deal together. They found me a buyer who made a very good offer. Their valuation was spot on and the service was brilliant. They chased things up really quickly and were super communicative. Even when my case handler was off, the next person was just as good! They kept me calm and did everything they could to help me get my move done. They come highly recommended from me and I would have no hesitation using them again if I ever move back into the area. Jon’s service was superb!! He said he would get our house sold and before you knew it. A week later he managed to get our house over the line. Great customer service and defiantly recommend Paul Wallace highly!

Unlike my perception of Estate Agents in the past, I found Peter Gold, and his staff at Paul Wallace, fantastically helpful, friendly and professional. They go that extra mile to help, not only the seller of a property, but the purchaser as well. They liaise between the two parties perfectly, to ensure that both seller and buyer are kept advised and happy with the progress of the sale. I could not fail to recommend them to any prospective property seller.

We are completing our house tomorrow. We put the offer down back in March . It has been such a quick and smooth transition. Jon has been the best.Jon gave us regular updates and always made sure we knew what was going on.

We had a number of issues along the way, but the team at Paul Wallace handled them extremely well. A first class service. Selling the family home after Mum went in to care was always going to be a difficult experience. Step in Paul Wallace - I cannot praise them enough for their professionalism and support guiding us through the process. Mark kept me updated on every aspect of the sale and the whole thing went through in record time, from offer acceptance to completion. I could not have wished for a better service. Mark and the whole team were great. I would use Paul Wallace again without hesitation.

I would highly recommend Paul Wallace. They managed my father's move very professionally. My father being elderly, they showed every consideration in relation to the selling strategy to minimize disruption to him. Nothing was to much trouble and communication was easy and queries answered quickly. Even after my father had moved and his prescription had been delivered to his old address, they offered to collect it and deliver it to him.

We definitely made the right choice. There was never a single grain of doubt from the moment we met Paul for the valuation. Every single member of the team was helpful and knowledgeable with any and all requests and questions, no matter who answered the phone.
