No consideration for neighbours or the landlords of the properties they let out. Very lazy agent. Behind the times of what I would expect. They will let out properties to anyone. Money grabbers with no morals.

Paul Wallace are extremely professional and responsive, and very good at managing tricky buyers and sellers to make sure the sale completes.

Paul Wallace (PW) were professional from the beginning giving an accurate evaluation of the property I was selling and explaining how they were able to help selling it. All viewings were accompanied and the team were very clear with times/dates and punctual.

Once I had accepted the offer PW assisted the buyer through the process keeping me informed along the way. We ran into some delays in the process due to the property that I was purchasing but Mark at PW worked hard to help liaise with the Agents for my purchase and we completed in the end.

Honestly the team at PW are hard working, realistic with pricing/timing but above all honest with a wealth of valuable experience.

I would recommend PW (Brookfield) and use their services again.

I shopped around for a good local letting agent to use to rent out my property. I was after a balance between a personal service, yet a company that was big enough to handle everything required, and Paul Wallace have absolutely hit the nail on the head. Kerry and Jo are absolutely superb to work with and I would thoroughly recommend them and Paul Wallace. I have even had one of my fears realised - a leak at the property, but in stepped Kerry straight away, and it was sorted with no fuss at all, and very reasonably as they have some very decent tradespeople they work with.

All in all, if you are a landlord looking for an agent who will actually earn their money (and then some!) then have a chat with the team.

A higher-end 4 star review, Paul Wallace made significant efforts to ensure our property purchase got over the line.
There were several complications along the way and Mark was very supportive and persistent from the moment he got involved.

Due to the complexity of the chain, some aspects could have been handled slightly better - clarity of the detail up the chain at an earlier stage would have been beneficial, but that is the nature of the industry.

We found that from start to finish of the house sale, Paul Wallace to be extremely professional in their knowledge, courteous and always kept us informed of the current situation. We felt they had our best interests at heart at all times and went out of their way to deal with any queries that arose. We would highly recommend Mark Willis and his team at Paul Wallace.

Peter at Paul Wallace was great. From the first interaction of the valuation where he broke down the reasoning of the higher price of my property (10% more than other agents), to the great communication & advice throughout the transaction. I can't rate them highly enough. If you want more evidence my house went on the market at 1600 on the Friday and was sold by 1400 the next day!
