I ordered a ring for my daughter and it was too big. The company worked with me to easily exchange it. They have been quick to respond and helpful. The ring is beautiful! I would recommend Pascal Design.

Amazing quality and great customer service. I would size up if you’re in between sizes. Had to return for a larger size for my husband.

I am extremely disappointed with the quality of this product.
The ring arrived with visible yellow discoloration and uneven plating straight out of the box. It was never worn.

This does not look like sterling silver at all, despite what is stated on the website. The metal appears dull, uneven, and already looks worn. Also there is no fineness mark so it is not silver.

For the price, this level of quality is unacceptable. The product does not match the description or the expectations created by the brand.

I contacted customer support immediately after receiving the item (24.02) and am still waiting for a proper response.

I had purchased a wristwatch worth $275 and it arrived okay. After unboxing, I realised the wristwatch and size isn’t as advertised and I instantly requested a refund - which took ages and very long process for them to approve the refund request. I had finally sent the item back to them, even after paying over £45 for shipping back to the US. I've contacted them severally to know if it's been received and when I can get my refund and It's been over 2 weeks now and not a single response from them. It's almost like I’m begging for a reply at this point. Totally outrageous behaviour for a company looking to expand its market. I’m still waiting for my refund and will take matters up if I don’t get a response soon enough. Avoid them!

I purchased two, one for my husband and me. The watches have arrived. They are beautiful and a comparable quality to some higher end watches we have. The shipping company that is used in the USA was not great with tracking but the products did arrive without any problems. Cons: customer service was not responsive via phone or email. Gofo shipping did not update tracking and showed order was delivered several days before it arrived.
Pros: the watches arrived without any problems. The watches are beautiful and good quality! They are worth the money I spent.

This ring is truly amazing to look at and is so versatile with various attire. I love it and it’s definitely a piece to show off!

I ordered a pendant initial necklace with an additional initial pendant from Pascal Design. I was updated about its production and shipping with no issue and the products arrived in a timely manner. After opening the products I realized I did not like the quality of the gold color, it did not look like the color advertised in the pictures on the website. It was too orange for my taste and would not go with any of my other jewelry I planned to wear it with. This was not the issue, this was a matter of taste opinion. My one star comes solely from their lack of customer service and communication from the company when I initiated a return/refund. It’s been a month since I submitted it and it was accepted. I’ve now sent three follow up emails inquiring about the shipping label/return and I’ve heard nothing back from the company to be able to ship it back and receive my refund. I’m out about $400.00 for jewelry that I will not use or wear. I do not recommend purchasing from this company if you want reliable customer service. I just want to return the items and get my money back as soon as possible.

From start to finish the customer service has been outstanding. First off my fiance LOVES his ring, exactly what the picture looked like and described. When it arrived though he was unsure of his ring size and it in fact was not the correct size and the team at Pascal did everything they could to accomodate and made sure he had the correct size. I will be ordering any future jewelry I want from them and continue to give them my business

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with Pascal. I placed an order 7 days ago and it still hasn’t even been processed. There has been no clear communication or update from their team, which is very frustrating as a customer.

The expected delivery is already pushed to early March, and yet my order hasn’t moved forward at all. This level of delay and lack of transparency shows very poor customer service. When you trust a company with your money, you at least expect timely processing and basic updates.

This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. I would not recommend ordering from them unless they improve their responsiveness and order handling.

Bought a ring for my parter, however when it arrived was much larger than expected and didn’t suit her.

Contacted the company to return for a refund as outlined by their returns policy.

First they try to offer successive discounts over multiple emails, rather than providing return details.

Once they finally relent to giving details, you have to fill in a form providing details and photos. This would be fine, except it then has to be approved, which they don’t do. It has been almost a month since completing, and it remains on “waiting for approval”.

Please also be aware they add “free gifts” in the package - such as an air freshener. If you request a return, these items are listed as $50 an item. They hope you throw away the item, so they deduct the total from the return amount.

Basically any bad practices they can put in place to avoid their legal obligations they will do. They don’t treat their customers fairly, and prices are extremely high for the quality of goods you receive.

Defective order with no resolution.

Placed an order on 12/22, the order arrived on 1/21 - the jewelry piece was missing one of the stones. The merchant promised to replace and send a new tracking info - now they have disappeared. I was in contact with Molly from this sham company by email. Avoid at all costs.

2/19 Update and response to the business: I'm not interested - you took my money and sent a defective product. And then disappeared after promising to rectify the problem. I do not trust you, I'm not agreeing to wait until March - it would be coming up on 3 months since the order was placed. And for all the reasons I do not want to do business with you.
What I'm demanding is to immediately refund the money I paid and received the defective product. I'm not accepting any other remediation at this point due to your unfair business practices.
3/4 Update - no resolution or contact from the company. No refund, and no replacement product. AVOID

Ordered a watch. Took forever to come, fine, it came from overseas. But it arrived broken - unable to set the time. Contacted customer service. They were slow to respond, and when they did, they acted like they didn’t understand what i was saying. When i provided them with every detail, they stopped responding. I initially wanted an exchange. Then i wanted to return it because they were not working with me. I will get neither. Out over $200. Don’t buy from these jerks!

Submitted an order on 11/23/2025. I still have not received my shipment. Have reached out to them by email but have not received a response. How do I get into contact with them?

I have bought 2 watches from Pascal and they are both absolutely gorgeous! The quality and finish is stunning, very high end! Definitely would buy again!

I was truly excited for my watch as it looks great, but no response from the company about when it will be shipped out. They have not responded to my numerous emails about when I can expect the watch to be shipped.
