I love me experience with pascal even when I want to exchange thay help me out
Now I’m waiting for my new item

I ordered a gorgeous ring for my other half but struggled with ring size conversion. I’m not very metal or ring savvy and thought I’d be okay to get it stretched but couldn’t, currently going through getting it exchanged for bigger size

Sharing an updated review to call out the dishonesty in customer services response to my previous negative review.

They have not provided a solution whatsoever. The last email was from me to Pascal clarifying that I did NOT cancel my order. Either Pascal or the courier cancelled it without an explanation still: almost a week later!

I have received no response to my latest email referenced above—neither have I received a refund or explanation for why it was cancelled.

I am hundreds of pounds down, haven't received the product or refund, and have been left in the dark. For a month!

AVOID THIS BRAND AT ALL COSTS! It's a massive scam.

Lovely customer service. I accidentally ordered the incorrect ring size for my partner, and they were so accommodating in getting me the new size I needed with no unexpected additional cost. A wonderful ring and a great service!

I had a small mix-up with my order at first, but the customer service was amazing and quickly made it right. They responded promptly, were very kind, and immediately offered to resend the correct necklace.

The quality of the jewelry is beautiful, and I really appreciate how smoothly everything was handled. I’ll definitely be ordering from them again!

This is the prettiest star-galaxy watch I've ever seen. I purchased it because I really like that theme.
I wasn't expecting it to be even prettier than it looked online!
It sparkles beautifully with many colors of twinkling "stars, not just white! Very impressive and I am Delighted with my purchase! It was well packed for the trip, and I enjoyed opening it! There was also a tiny, flat-head screwdriver included in the watch box. The watch's bracelet was huge on my wrist and I thought I'd have to get my jeweler to size it down for me. Luckily I found some helpful information on the internet about the "screw-in/out" featured on some watches and was relieved to find that I could adjust bracelet size of my new Pascal° watch myself! Now that I can wear it, I can hardly wait to look at it in the next sunbeam! Wow! It's dazzling!
I would buy it all over again!

Even tho the email response for exchange was delayed when they did respond they were very helpful and exchange was successful.

I ordered a watch more than a month ago, already paid for it and I still have not received it. They don't answer my emails and they don't give me a set date as to when they will ship my watch. DO NOT ORDER from this company. I'm still not sure if they are legit or I got scammed.

The watch came in perfect condition and looked flawless didn't pay for express shipping and it still arrived relatively quickly, pascal did an amazing job in encasing emotions and character within the watch.

This jewelry didn’t last 6 months before turning completely black. Would not recommend!

Although I had to email more then once for a reply the service was very good, and i was able to exchange ny boyfriends watch !

Achat effectué sur Pascal Design mais colis jamais reçu. Le suivi indique une livraison en boîte aux lettres alors que la commande prévoyait une livraison contre signature. Le marchand m'a finalement répondu avec une simple photo de ma boîte aux lettres contenant un colis, prouvant ainsi qu'ils n'ont pas respecté le mode de livraison sécurisé choisi. Depuis, c'est le silence radio : impossible de les joindre par téléphone et les mails restent sans solution concrète. Je constate d'ailleurs que je ne suis pas le seul dans cette situation au vu des nombreux avis similaires. C'est inadmissible de rejeter la faute sur le client quand les procédures de livraison ne sont pas respectées. J'ai désormais engagé une procédure de rétrofacturation (chargeback) via ma banque pour obtenir réparation.
De plus le produit provient de Chine sur le suivi ! Fuyez ce site !

I've ordered from this company in the past and I've had to return a couple of items because of the quality of the product, more specifically, the diamonds fallen out of the mirage watch. Long story short I started leaving reviews on Instagram and stating my opinion on Instagram and they have now blocked me. I think this company is trying to hide something. Please stay away.

Make SURE you are home to sign for watch when it comes. The wait was worth it. It came so meticulously packaged. A beautiful mission statement and the watch is stunning. You will not regret buying a Pascel watch. I am impressed. Thank you Pascel.

I was really excited about the watch I ordered for my birthday. I placed the order on February 13th and received confirmation that it would be received by February 26th. I still haven’t received it, there is nothing updated since February 21st for tracking, no response to text or email attempts. At this point I don’t know when I’ll receive the watch and I’m very disappointed. The fact or no response is the main reason I’m upset and disappointed. If I knew of an update I would feel better. IF I ever receive the watch I’ll probably never order anything from this company again. Poor customer service is a deal breaker for me.
