Ordered a new petrol pipe for my hedge trimmer look on line to see how to do it never done anything like it before,OMG IT WAS quite easy I impressed myself ty Parker for beening so easy to be able to do it I'm so impressed with you

Fantastic service fast and efficient highly recommended 👌

Fantastic. Ordered Strimmer , chainsaw & Hedge trimmer all very good quality.

I bought the leaf blower as a gift a few months before it was gifted. They used it a total of 3 times and then it was leaking petrol all over then would not start. Was sent back to Parker who said it was wear and tear. How can it possible be wear and tear, it was brand new even though 6 months old, you could tell with the condition and cleanliness of the blower it had been look after. Parker refused to budge and said the pipes were corroded due to storage and use. nIt was still all in origibnal packaging and extremey clean! I did pay for replacenmtn as only £10 but would not purchase of them again as I feel their customer service was disappointing when they could see the condition of the product.

Fantastic service

I am very pleased with the lawnmower I purchased—it is powerful and durable—and now I plan to buy a petrol trimmer as well.

I bought this chainsaw to tidy up an overgrown hedge with some fairly thick branches. I opted for the 45cc 16 inch model as I won`t be doing any serious logging with it and being lighter and less unwieldy than bigger models, it was easier to use as much of the work was at chest or head height. Apart from that, it was much cheaper too. It assembled easily and started no bother. I have had various chainsaws over the years and this model and would suggest this model would be adequate for most domestic use. If cutting down trees all day was your job then you would need to invest in some serious expensive gear as opposed to these kind of chainsaws.

Delivered ahead of schedule.
Left item in a suitable place.

The scarifier is excellent. It arrived promptly the next day, was very easy to assemble and works perfectly

Good saw, this is my second, the last one I had for 3 years but it sadly broke.

Service was good spot on with the ordering and ariving on time bit expensive for post and packing and very expensive for the parts 3 items exhaust guard made of plastic fuel tank guard mild steel and 3 alan key bolts £58 plus packing think was £64 in total

Order received when said delivery was. Product really easy to use and good quality.very happy so far with it

Item looked well made and arrived promptly. However after installing the spool and using for about 40 minutes it then when I bumped it to extend the wire a little more fell apart, shooting in all directions. I managed to locate almost all the bits and reassemble however the black bump knob was nowhere to be found so now you have to push the inner spool inwards to release more wire. Not the best result for the price paid. First time I’ve purchase a replacement spool as I was fed up of referring my old one. Oh well stick to the tried and trusted method I think.

I am a property manager, responsible for keeping the yard, driveway clean.

In addition to this pressure washer, I also have (for two years now), ParkerBrand’s self propelled Lawn Mower, Leaf Blower and Petrol Strimmer. The brand in general does not disappoint.

This pressure washer is a beast.
Instructions made it fairly easy to set up.
Recommended.

I ordered the brush cutter and chainsaw. When unpacking the cutter i was very impressed with the quality of materials and working was superb!!! Havent unpacked chainsaw yet . But impressed so far ..Tony

Ordered 3 items, Fed ex delivered but no notification of delivery, which I find unusual.
When box was opened I found the petrol scarifier but no other items. Contacted customer service via email and have been asked to send a picture of the one item I have received, most bizarre. I can tell you what I have received and not sure why a photo is needed.
Still awaiting what is happening, just lots of emails asking random questions but nothing about what is missing. I have obviously told them what is missing.

I have used Parker Brand equipment for a good few years and it has withstood the test of time, occasionally I have to order spare parts and the website is very easy to use. Ordering is simple and delivery is always prompt! A great company and great products.

Overall did a great job and was excellent value for money. On the down side, it does feel a bit cheap. The caps on the wheels tend to fall off, although they are only decorative. The machine took a lot of pulls to start from cold; not too sure how it will be after months in the shed. Possibly the same for other makes, but the process to change from the aerator cutters to the spring rake was fiddly. The collection bag is not very easy to put on, and with its small capacity was not worth using.
