The overall experience was okay. The product met some of my expectations, but there were a few areas that could be improved, particularly communication and delivery times. Customer support was polite, and with a few improvements, the experience could be much better.
Extremely pleased with this buy. The tent feels well-made, roomy, and well-designed. It was simple to assemble and greatly improved the comfort of our camping trip. The overall quality is outstanding, the layout is useful, and the construction feels solid. A dependable and practical option for anyone searching for a quality camping tent.
Don't use this website. Purchased an item has not been delivered or had any information regarding delivery. Tried to contact email bounced back and online chat doesn't work. Will try and get a refund but unlikely to be able to contact anyone. Luckily I paid on a credit card so will hopefully get my money back through them. If I could report this website to someone for it to be shut down I would!!
I had a positive experience overall. The team was professional, responsive, and easy to work with throughout the process. Communication was clear, and everything was handled efficiently. I appreciated their commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. Based on my experience.

I ordered a swimming pool on 12 July 2026 and paid £273.49. I was promised delivery within 5–8 business days, but the order was never dispatched and I was never given a tracking number.
I contacted the company repeatedly and received different excuses and changing explanations. Eventually, they confirmed that my order had been cancelled and promised a refund within 2–3 days. However, the refund was still not processed promptly, and they delayed sending the cancellation confirmation to Klarna, creating even more problems.
I had to spend a huge amount of time contacting the merchant and Klarna and providing evidence of everything. The whole experience was extremely stressful, frustrating and completely unacceptable.
I would give ZERO stars if possible. In my personal experience, this is one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with online. I strongly advise people to be extremely careful before ordering from this company.

I’d double checked before purchasing dispatch/delivery times.
After ordering, heard nothing - tried calling - the phone number is dead, e-mails get bounced back as undelivered.
On line chat works but you are just fobbed off - no item dispatched or delivered. I asked for a refund and am still waiting even for confirmation that this has been requested, I understand refunds can take time.

The Whirlpool 36-Inch Electric Ceramic Glass Cooktop (WCE55US6HB) I ordered was easy to order. The stove fit the advertised description and came in good shape. It heated uniformly after installation, and cleaning the smooth ceramic glass top was simple. Particularly helpful for varying cookware sizes is the dual-size burner.E
Overall, it was a positive experience. I got frequent updates throughout the ordering process, which was simple. The product arrived in acceptable condition and mostly resembled the description.
Nothing really impacted my experience, albeit there are a few little things that could be done better, such quicker delivery or more thorough product description. All things considered, it was a respectable purchase.
