Excellent well constructed components that were easy to assemble

Received the correct part in good time

I purchased this mower clutch cable, (which is apparently £80 full price!!!), as the cable on the self propelled mower snapped after less than a year of minimal use on a relatively small lawn.
Six of the 10 months we owned the machine it was parked in the shed and it had very little use during the hot dry Summer.
Parker Brand were very polite in delivering their unhelpful responses, informing us that working parts on their equipment only have a warranty of 30 days and it was down to us to fix it.
I guess not even they have much faith in their product, and I’m not sure then what the warranty actually covers.
We have had to take the mower to a local specialist to fix the cable, which is another cost to us.
We also bought a multitool strimmer etc at the same time, and the fuel line rotted through having had petrol in the tank for less than a few weeks in total as my husband always empties the tank when not in use, again not covered by warranty as it was out of the 30 days.
Buyer beware, you may think you are getting a bargain in the sales, but by the time you replace the cheaply made, poor quality parts you could have bought a more expensive reliable brand to start with.
I would not buy nor recommend Parker Brand.

Chain saw blade and 5 chains for Parker's excellent 20" chainsaw that I have used for over 4 years. Parts arrived quickly, are brilliant quality and an excellent price.

Very impressed with how quick my mower arrived. It was very simple to attach the handles etc. Tried it out the following day and I cannot believe what a brilliant little mower it is. It started on first pull and mowed our grass perfectly. The height adjustment is very easy to select for different levels. Overall I am very happy with this mower, it is definitely well worth the money.

Great customer service and fantastic product. Best lawnmower ever at an amazing price. Ergonomics, functionality , quality and design is just outstanding.

The self wash/clean system where all you have to do is just to connect the hose pipe is truly unique. Never came across anything like it. Only minor negative it's bit noisy, louder than my previous mowers.

Website bit glitch though as I had multiple orders created while processing my payment.

Express delivery wasn't as fast as I thought it would be but when it did arrive it was packed well and easy to assemble

The lawn mover arrived without the engine oil. And it's not mentioned in the listing that I have to bear the cost of buying the oil separately.
The advisor on customer service line told me that I have to pay to return the machine though it's not usable as is. Also the postage paid by the company into delivering the machine to me will also be deducted from my refund and it's mentioned on their website terms and conditions.
No such terms mentioned on their website.

Very unpleasant experience. A company that use deception on delivery I don't expect them to honour their 2 years warranty.

What a brilliant company to deal with ! I suppose I'm old fashioned but dealing with family run business is always best 👌 I shame not all companies are like ParkerBrand, recommend to anyone 5 star

Whilst browsing I noticed the Parker brand particularly the price being lower than most. My requirement is for light duty/modelling work. I have yet to fully test the compressor, however it was well packaged hence NOT damaged in transit and it takes minutes to unpack, assemble and use.

Easy ordering process. Very quick delivery. Only used my chainsaw a couple of times but product seems well made and better quality than previous cheap machines I have bought in the past

The site is very helpful and easy to manoeuvre through. The products on offer are excellent, and very reasonably priced.
The delivery was very good, arrived on time and very well packaged.
Instructions were clear and very easy to follow.
The mower i bought ( although i've only used it once) was excellent, It worked perfectly and had no trouble cutting very thick grass that was fairly wet and overgrown. It did a brilliant job
The after care and communication from Parker brand has also been excellent, i am confident that if i have a problem they will be there to help. All in all i am very satisfied and very impressed. Thank you.

Bought a petrol strimmer.poor quality plastics. Awkward starting setup. I've had various petrol strimmers in the past and this is the worst 😡☹️

Despite marketing heavily on good customer service in the UK, with spares available, my experience is the tools break, and the customer services put you in a scripted loop to take as long as possible to address the problem in the hope you go away. 2nd problem with a multi tool purchased in April. Apparently they can't help me without a video of it not starting. Despite me using it perhaps sixty times prior
Despite me fault finding it to broken shielding in the HT cable.
Despite me really needing to be using it right now in the final few days of growing season.
Terribly disappointing. I can see why the professionals pay the extra hundred pounds for STHIL equipment now.
I have their little rotavator. ive used it twice. If that disappoints I think I will take it back in person to discover if they actually understand their products, or if it's just drop shipped from AliExpress
