The product is great quality, very well built, and very sturdy. I would just recommend that the instructions more thoroughly explained on how to assemble it.
I had to cancel my order because I was not made aware that the majority of the items were not in stock. I only found out after I contacted you for tracking information.

I’m really sorry to hear that your rack felt unstable after assembly — that’s of course not how it should be. Our racks are normally very sturdy when everything is tightened and set up as intended, and we’ve already emailed you a few tips that usually solve this right away. In most cases, it’s small details like connections that aren’t fully tightened yet.

The products are awesome! Aesthetically pleasing, so strong and sturdy, and easy to assemble and install. We purchased a Kim 1 and 2 Kim 2s. One item was back ordered and I was kept aware of the status. It was delivered quickly.
Highly recommend!!

Really happy with this closet system
Really happy with this closet system! I read some reviews and was concerned about ordering, but I had no issues (with parts missing), everything arrived quickly and set up was very easy! Highly recommend and will be using again somewhere else. Solid quality.

Absolutely horrendous it’s been over a month and half and they have not sent my product out.
I’ve been waiting and they take forever to respond. And there reply we are experiencing high volume.

Your order was shipped out, but UPS wasn’t able to deliver it because the delivery address was a business location and was marked as closed during two delivery attempts. Unfortunately, the package was returned to us as a result. I’m really sorry that this wasn’t communicated clearly to you. You absolutely deserved a smoother experience and quicker answers from us.
We’ve already reached out to you directly and would love to get this resolved for you right away. We can resend your order to an address where someone can receive it during UPS delivery hours, or arrange a full refund. Whatever works best for you.

Twice in a row my order was randomly canceled
I placed an order weeks ago. Twice in a row I found out my order was "unintentionally canceled due to a technical error", but this was only discovered when I followed up again and again to ask what was going on. I got another email yesterday asking if I still wanted these items sent with a 10% discount to account for the error. I replied yes but STILL have not gotten any shipping notification or follow up. I honestly don't get what's happening. They seem like a nice company but the backend seems pretty disorganized.

Wardrobe okay..hey it’s black pipes & wood.customer service totally dire. Sent the wrong colour brackets. Emailed to a response how busy they are, after 5 days tried to call to an automated message “ we are so busy so can’t take calls” got a response days later with no apology just asking for a picture of the wrongly coloured brackets ( which are self explanatory no picture needed) now waiting in line again, may just spray paint them. My advise… don’t bother
Addendum: 18/11/25 … many thanks for advice to contact your support team, I had sent 3 messages , they confirmed new brackets would be sent . Still waiting for courier to receive 6days on … just really irritating alas

Looks great feels great
Looks great in my space. Lots of comments saying its not sturdy. Completely disagree. It needs weight so once i put my stuff on it, it felt great. Super easy to put together. They recommend 2 people but I was able to put it together myself (26yr old woman).

KIM DOUBLE 3 – Sturdy clothes rails
When we first ordered, we did not receive the complete closet system and I was disappointed. Once I contacted customer service, my disappointed faded. They were responsive and the new closest system arrived quickly. The closet system itself is very well made and I am extremely pleased both with the system and the company. I would recommend.

Customer service is not helpful
Received my rack over a month ago with the wrong parts according to the instructions on the website. There is some fault on the behalf of my email provider by but to date, and whilst contacting over three different platforms (email, instagram, WhatsApp) I have not had a solution to the issue.
Currently still unable to use the system so it is an expensive obstacle in my house

- Arrived missing many parts. The replacement arrived and was also missing parts, so had to combine between the two. Then I had to ship back unused parts.
- A little challenging to assemble. Directions a little confusing in parts.
-I do like the appearance and it holds a fair amount of clothes.

Great product
Great product - looks amazing. The only issue was one of the boxes was broken open when we received it and so I was worried that a piece might be missing- but all of the pieces were there. Nice quality and we love it.
