Such a great experience overall!
The process of getting a bed was super easy. Any questions were answered quickly and in detail. Set up took a bit of time, but clear and precise. So beyond happy with our floor bed for our 2 year old!

Little Dreamer Floor Bed
I spent a lot of time searching for a floor bed with high rails, a slightly elevated design, and a gate. After comparing several options and reading the reviews, we decided to preorder this one.
It took a little longer than expected to arrive, but we weren’t in a rush. Throughout the process, I reached out to customer support a few times and always received quick, helpful responses.
Once we received the shipping notification, the bed arrived within a day or two. Unfortunately, the shipping box was damaged during delivery, but thankfully the bed itself wasn’t damaged. We also discovered that two bolts were missing. I contacted customer support again, and they were incredibly responsive. They shipped replacement bolts right away with no hassle.
The bed was easy to assemble, feels sturdy, and our son absolutely loves it—especially being able to open and close the gate himself.
Overall, we’re very happy with both the product and the customer service. I would highly recommend this bed and this company to anyone looking for a quality floor bed for their child

Terrible Quality and Workmanship
Order was shipped beyond the estimated date mentioned when order was placed, but that isn't the worst part.
Quality of work is terrible. There were visible cracks everywhere on the wood that was painted over to make it passable.
The slats for the bed weren't cut properly resulting in alot of cracks when trying to fit them in and ensure it is secure.
Overall, the quality is terrible for such a high price. Ikea furniture is considered much better compared to the quality of the material from Mimibeds.

3 1/2 months still no bed
It’s been 3 1/2 months and I’m still waiting on the little dreamer floor bed. Every month they push it out another month. You get their same candid ai generated customer service responses and can’t get an actual representative of the company to speak to you. I’m pretty sure it’s a scam and I’m never getting the bed. She’s going to outgrow the need for the high rail floor bed before I ever even get it.

Not refunding money for non-delivered items
Order a mattress and bed frame on May 11. Mattress cost over $1000. After 3 months of waiting for the mattress, I cancelled the order and asked for a refund. The refund has not been processed in over two weeks.
The bedframe came in broken and broke more during assembly. I'm trying to return via FedEx but stuck is Customer Service purgatory. There is no live person to solve anything with.
STAY AWAY.

Had a horrible experience with my toddlers bed. Ordered the bed in April and 3 months later parts of the bed were delivered broken, mattress never arrived and when we tried putting it together it all started splintering. No one to contact directly and get in touch with. Do not recommend this company unless you want headaches and get robbed.

We ordered a bed from Mimi Beds a month ago, paid in full AND paid an extra $45 for shipping protection. Almost a month later, we still DO NOT HAVE THE BED. The mattress showed up. The actual bed frame and hardware did not.
Since then it has been an absolute runaround — emails, website messages, Instagram messages, phone calls and repeated generic responses about their “logistics team from someone named RA.”
After weeks of chasing them, they finally provided tracking for the missing bed…
Guess what?! THE TRACKING NUMBER DOESN’T EVEN WORK and the shipping company has no clue.
Think about that… We paid EXTRA to protect the shipment. We have repeatedly told them the main part of the order is missing, and almost a month later they still cannot provide working tracking or simply send us the bed we purchased.
This experience feels like a scam. I genuinely wish I had read more independent reviews before ordering because we would have bought somewhere else. We don’t want a discount. We don’t want another apology. We don’t want another copy-and-paste response made by ChatGPT.
WE WANT THE BED WE PAID FOR.
We then get an email today saying the colour is not available, but you can sure still select/order it on their website!
Save your money and DO NOT BUY from this company!!!! I am sure there have been hundreds of thousands of dollars this company have screwed people over on….

I ordered a bed under the pre sale option, it was taking a while to receive an update (past the delivery date), so I’ve reached out to costumer service and I guess there was an issue because it was showing as delivered in their end; within a week they fixed the issue and I received the bed. Great quality, gorgeous and easy to follow up instructions. I’m very happy with it :)

⭐ 1/5 — Extremely disappointing experience with Mimi Beds.
We were excited to purchase a Mini Bed for our baby’s transition out of his crib, but the entire experience has been frustrating from beginning to end.
First, our order arrived in three separate shipments. Once we finally received the bed, mattress, and rails, we discovered that the bed had been shipped without any of the hardware required to assemble it. No screws, no bolts — nothing.
So after waiting for multiple deliveries, we now have a brand-new bed sitting in pieces that we literally cannot assemble.
Mistakes happen. What makes this a 1-star experience is how Mimi Beds has handled the mistake.
Instead of immediately sending a complete replacement hardware kit by express shipping, customer service has dragged out what should be an extremely simple solution. We’ve received generic responses apologizing for the inconvenience, thanking us for our patience, and saying the issue needs to be raised with their “internal team.”
We were even asked to send a photo of the assembly manual with the missing hardware highlighted.
The entire hardware kit is missing.
This shouldn’t require days of back-and-forth or an internal investigation. Mimi Beds sells this bed. They should know exactly which hardware comes with it.
The appropriate response should have been simple:
“We’re sorry. This was our mistake. We’re sending you a complete hardware kit by express shipping today. Here is your tracking number.”
Instead, we still have no hardware, no tracking number, and no clear timeline for when this will actually be resolved.
I’ve also commented publicly on numerous Mimi Beds social media posts trying to get someone to take ownership of the situation, without receiving a response.
For a company selling children’s furniture at this price point, I expected significantly better quality control and customer service.
The product itself may ultimately be great, but based on our experience, I absolutely cannot recommend ordering from Mimi Beds.

Quick delivery and sturdy bed
My order didnt take long to deliver. It was very easy to assemble, i did all of it myself and it didnt take long. I watched a youtube video prior to building it and it was much easier than i anticipated. I read some review that it was hard. The bed is very sturdy. Really happy with the end result, and i showed to my 3 yearold who was very happy about it. She asked me to buy a bed right away so she can sleep on it.
Only thing i would recommend is that the ledge be another 1-2 inch talled.
Most mattress i saw are 10-12inch tall and the ledge is 13.5 so i just worry it is easy for the toddler to fall out.

Updated review- good product and good (but slow) customer service
OLD REVIEW- UPDATE BELOW: I ordered a bed in the wrong colour and emailed to cancel right away. They shipped it anyways, and now they want me to pay for return shipping. Terrible customer service and overpriced bed.
UPDATED REVIEW: Customer service reached out to me and offered a resolution which I am happy with. I also want to correct my review as it seems they were ultimately able to cancel the shipment with the courier company. Although I was initially told it was too late, they were able to do this.
Having now received the bed and put it together, I can say the bed is good quality and we're quite happy with it. I shouldn't have said it was overpriced before receiving it. It is made of wood, unlike other beds which are made of MDF, and it's worth the price they charge.
I would suggest to the company that they put in better self-service options for cancelling orders, as I tried to cancel within minutes after it was placed but the only option was to email customer service.
I understand it must be difficult as a small company trying to balance the costs of technology, customer service, and quality materials.

Dream Raft Floor Bed
We purchased the Dream Raft Floor Bed (Double) for our daughter when she was 1 year old, and we couldn’t be happier with it. The assembly was very straightforward, and the quality of the bed is excellent. It feels sturdy, well-made, and thoughtfully designed.
