Wonderful product and brilliant…
Wonderful product and brilliant customer service.
I have PCOS and long, very irregular cycles with no pattern. It took five years to conceive my first baby, clomid didn't work, ovulation strips didn't work and I couldn't manage manual bbt tracking.
After some research I thought I'd try this product. Very easy to set up and use and a reasonable price point. My first cycle was 94 days with no ovulation detected which was disappointing. My second cycle was 59 days with a very encouraging ovulation and on my third cycle I conceived. I also had some very deep conversations with chatgpt about cervical mucus and it gave really helpful information and suggestions as to what might be going on with my body, along with uploading my ovusense charts for more analysis. This seemed to be a winning combo for me! 🎉 I also used customer services on two occasions for minor issues and was so impressed with their prompt and super helpful responses. I don't often leave reviews but I'm so impressed and would definitely use this product again and recommend to others. Even without conceiving, understanding my body a little better has been so positive. Thank you!

I struggle a lot with having to communicate via messages and emails and not being able to speak with a person on the phone, but the support is amazing! The lady helping me,(Kate S), has been wonderful, very patient and went above and beyond to help me understand and transition to my first renewal after my first year had ended. 7 years infertility and now we have our baby
We had been trying for 7 years for a baby, I have pcos with very irregular periods which complicates matters and never knew when I was ovulating. I then purchased ovusense, this combined with ovulation tests just for extra reassurance is what finally helped me realise when I was ovulating and finally I got pregnant! Baby is now 11 weeks old :-)

I am forced to write another review because Ovusense asked TrustPilot to take my previous one down, apparently they could not locate my subscription.
This is just my experience but the app is complicated to use, the charts are confusing and there should be a better data visualisation mode.
The sensor it self is pretty big, I cannot imagine anyone being comfortable to sleep with it inside.
Also they should really have a program to take back the sensors and dispose of them, I am not sure what I am supposed to do with it.

I appreciate your feedback about the app and charts. We know that data visualisation is important, and our Customer Support team is always available to help walk through your charts and answer questions about how to interpret them.
In terms of comfort, OvuSense has been used by more than 50,000 women across over 260,000 cycles, and most users find the sensor comfortable while sleeping. However, every woman’s body is different, and we understand it won’t feel the same for everyone.
On disposal: our team provided the following guidance on 8th October, and we’re sorry if it wasn’t clear enough at the time:
“As the Sensors have many small parts, we advise users to discard or recycle their Sensors in accordance with their local laws or recommendations. The Sensor is generally regarded as non-infectious medical disposable clinical waste, which qualifies as WEEE. Please consult your local waste authority for disposal instructions and recycling options.”
We appreciate your suggestions—they help us make OvuSense better. If there’s anything we can support you with in the future, our Customer Support team is always here to help.

Excellent product, app and support
I’ve have just renewed my Ovusense core for the second year. I’ve never used such a simple and effective app. My bedtimes and wake ups are never particularly regular as I travel a lot and I never have to worry about my tracking. The app is simple to use and the customer service is excellent. I have had some hiccups along the way with a sensor breaking and emails are responded to very quickly and resolutions found promptly. When it comes to fertility it’s always a charged situation and I feel the team understands and respects this. I will absolutely continue to use Ovusense core and I’ve recommended it to many friends! I hope it launches in the UAE soon as there are many women there who would benefit from it! Thank you Ovusense for both a great product but also for having the great service around it providing support!

Tried naturally and IVF - Ovusense works!
After 2 years of trying to conceive naturally then 2 failed rounds of IVF we had given up, last resort I was recommended Ovusense (I used the Ovucore) from a friend who conceived triplets using this!!
After only 3 cycles we fell pregnant! I honestly do believe this is all down to the Ovucore - I can't recommend this enough. I had a few questions whilst using this and had quick email responses back, very good.
For anyone out there trying to conceive, don't give up without trying Ovusense.
