We purchased this to play on Christmas day with our daughter who lives at a different location. Absolutely useless the app crashed.
Please do not sell games if you do not have the IT systems to support.

I really like the box, packaging, board etc. the questions were super up to date and it worked well with four of us in the same room using the app on one phone and mirroring it on the TV. As others have pointed out many times, the problem is when you want to play in different locations. Then the app just crashes repeatedly. We did get round it by doing a WhatsApp call where I shared my screen and others in two different locations then mirrored their phone screens on their smart TVs, but that isn’t how it is supposed to work.
Sort out the app for remote playing and I’ll give this 5 stars and recommend it to all my friends. Until then it’s a good game for playing in person if you have a smart TV, but not for remote players. What is impressive is playing on Christmas Eve we had current affairs questions from that days news.

I was very disappointed with the game. Purchased the mega bundle yet you only get half of the categories. You have to pay for all the good ones. The game kept crashing over Christmas and their customer services was a joke. Don't waste your money people.

Having heard great things about this,
we tried on Christmas Day and didn't work.
Tried again on 4th January, still not working.
What an absolute shambles. Pay a fortune for a game you're not able to play? How is that fair? It's like buying a promised, delicious fillet of steak and not being able to cook it!
What a waste of money and who gives a flying monkeys?

Bought this sat down to play with family Xmas day. It crashed.
Got the family together again this evening-4 jan and it’s down again.
So it’s frankly rubbish as you can’t play it.

Waste of money, has worked once since Christmas Day, very poor value

Played a few times over the festive period and loved it. Bought loads of extra question packs yesterday and arranged a virtual family get together tonight as we are wide spread and none of us could log into the game. Such a disappointment after spending so much money on loads of extra packs and sharing how good the game was. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone else now after this as unreliable.

Rubbish set up for a fun evening and been let down very poor really bad IT behind a lot of marketing deserve to fail

Got this as a Christmas present for my children, but wouldn't work all day much to their disappointment...
Since then we managed to play one or two short games late at night, but when we wanted to play with the entire family tonight (Jan 4th) again it fails to load.
This company clearly cannot deliver the product that I paid for and I therefore feel very much scammed. Warning to anyone interested in this game: do not make the same mistake I made. Do not buy!!! It is a big disappointment.

If I could give zero stars I would. This has the makings of being a great game, However this hasn’t worked all over Christmas and we wasted hours on setting up the games. Constantly freezing. Just when you are making progress setting up a game, no categories are showing to select, if you go back, you have to reselect players and characters. Have tried again today 04.01.25, we had 1 game and now we are back to the same struggles at Christmas. Completely given up. Another hour of my life wasted. This game is going back. Do not waste your money, shame as it has potential to be great, just not ready for market:(

App worked on 2 out of 8 phones. Main windows app crashed and froze on the "choose categories" section after we had spent nearly 40 minutes trying to set up 4 teams.

You are paying 30 quid for a cheapo cardboard playing board, a dice and six figurines, none of which you actually need.

Game is brilliant when you can play it, but at periods of heavy use (e.g Saturday night) we were firstly unable to select players and once that worked, we were unable to select categories of questions. It seems to be at busy times that the servers can’t cope which is very frustrating and disappointing. If this could be fixed, the game itself is great, but unreliability is an issue.

Bought for Christmas only played it once which was fantastic didn't work Christmas day worked once boxing day then completely useless since won't load always an error says its fixed the error but still unable to load. Even today 2nd Jan still got errors and won't load so no idea what's happening to this platform such a shame as the 1 time we played it was a great game kids are so disappointed we've been unable to play.

We bought this to play online with our family abroad, and for this, it was useless - it crashed every time they tried to join the game.

Playing locally, with just one device as a game management console, it worked fine, and was very enjoyable. As a modern take on Trivial Pursuit and Who Wants to Be a Millionaire, it's really well executed. A huge shame it doesn't work for its intended purpose.

Great family game which we have recommended to friends and family.
Yes it was down on Christmas day which was annoying but hardly ruined Christmas like some have said.
We've not had issues any other time and all of us from 10-70 have thoroughly enjoyed. Would still recommend.

Completely agree with the previous review. No access on Christmas Day and crashed mid game on New Years Eve. I would suggest saving your money until they sort out their IT issues because they clearly can’t cope with the online demand when the whole point is an online game.

Truely terrible. As if trivial pursuits not bad enough then if u want to spend most of the evening then this is the game for you.

Really like the concept, but the server they use is completely useless. Unable to play today,new years eve. Was unable to play on Christmas eve or Christmas day.... Waste of money
