Two words for the Symmetry Series Clear case
" Absolute Garbage ".
I purchased two of these cases for my S22 Ultra and my wife's S22 Plus at first I was fine with them,although I have had £6:99 cases from Ebay for my work phone that offered better protection.
After 6 weeks or so we both noticed that the soft edge surround was becoming discoloured and turned brown. We both look after our phones and don't use them in situations where dirty hands would cause this,
As time went on the whole surround turned brown. I contacted OtterBox with my concerns but was redirected the the shop where I purchased them from.
The O2 shop said it was a manufacturing problem so contact OtterBox. At this point I gave up and purchased two Tech21 cases which I have previously used with no problems.
So in conclusion buy Tech21 and save yourself money.

TL;DR:
Is it worth the price tag? Nah.
Is it sturdy? Yep.
Does it work as a case? Yep.
Does the pop sock work? Nah.

I ordered the Otter + Pop Symmetry case for my iPhone 13 Pro Max. I had previously used a pop sock and I liked it - I could stand my phone on its side, hold my phone etc. but the pop socket stuck out a bit.
So I was intrigued to try a case which had the pop sock integrated with the case, making it appear 'smoother'.

Sounds great, right? It arrived and it was pretty stiff getting it on the phone which I'm taking as a good sign as it's really sturdy and all the buttons work etc. HOWEVER the issue I have with it is the pop sock is that it doesn't support the phone at all. It collapses or doesn't stay on its side.

So whether that's just because the iPhone 13 Pro Max is just too big a phone and the case is unbalanced, or I have a defective case... surely this is something that should have been discussed in the design process.

Happy to collaborate Otterbox to fix this?🤷🏻‍♀️

Bought React series case for Galaxy A53. As other reviewers have said it took nearly 2 weeks to arrive from Netherlands. Case itself is disappointing for 2 reasons ... synthetic rubber is not very grippy so phone slips out of hand easily; it also seems to generate static which attracts dust to screen, especially around edge where screen meets case. Will be looking for a better alternative.

Purchased this for its 'military standard' protection against drops, however my partner has been using his OtterBox case for less than a year and today he dropped his phone and the entire back of the phone smashed, as well as partially cracked the front of the screen. Recommend CASETiFY for protection instead - I've been using my case for over two years and have never had any damage.

I had a severe scratch on the clear screen of an Otterbox for my iPhone. I sent an email to Otterbox and after a very friendly and helpful email from their Customer Services, I received a free replacement within a few days. It was a great experience from this Company.

They state 8-10 working days for delivery but then when it doesn't arrive, blame Brexit/Covid and say you have to wait and additional 4 weeks to ask for a replacement order to be sent out.

I've placed an order for nearly £50 for a case for a brand new phone and I now have to choose between leaving it unprotected for upto a month, or pay out for another case from elsewhere and pay for the return shipping of this one to Holland myself.

Absolute scammers.

Update - have now contacted my bank who will be opening up a dispute against Otterbox.

I requested a refund for a Mobile Phone Case I no longer required and I received a label to return the Case free of charge. I received an email from Otterbox informing me that they had received my package a couple of days later. Seven days later I received a message from Otterbox telling me I had been granted a full refund and two days later the refund appeared in my card statement. Excellent Service!

Otterbox you are verging on scam trading tactics in UK. You have a UK website and potential UK buyers think they are buying from a UK company that's selling and dispatching from the UK.
This is completely misleading when you are in fact shipping from Holland and UK customers see delivery change from an expected couple of days turn into 4 to 5 WEEKS. You should be saying on your website all UK orders despatch from Holland and will take up to 5 weeks.
Shameful service.
I have cancelled my order and suggest to any UK prospective buyer beware otterbox unscrupulous trading practices.
And apart from anything else DHL or Fedex or United Parcel Service can ship to UK overnight.
Why are using a hopeless courier like Hermes. 5 weeks to deliver to UK? What's the delivery coming on? A 3 legged donkey walking backwards?

Excellent experience with Otterbox. I had a small issue which they immediately responded to and immediately solved. Also regular emails were received updating me of the status of my original order and delivery (delivered by Hermes). Very impressed.

I don't know why all the other reviews are so negative. There aren't many though, so please remember most reviews will be positive but people won't think to write one if they're satisfied. Only when people have negative experiences they think to write a review.

I've had no issues, I had an OtterBox case with my last phone (iPhone XS Max) and it was reassuring to have the thick edges to prevent damage, I've got another case for my iPhone 12 Pro Max and it's just as good quality. It was cheaper than my last case too so it's even better value now.

The only minor thing is I'm vary when I place it case down, as the camera lenses on this phone stick out more than most, so the edges of the case around the camera area aren't thick enough to take the weight off the lenses when placed down, so I have to make sure it's a soft surface or to have my phone screen down instead.

Otherwise it's a great reliable company and their variety of cases are fab, especially considering my phone only came out last month so I expected to see very few basic cases available but was pleasantly surprised.

Horrible!

They use UPS for delivery which means you will most likely never receive your product. After UPS never delivered my product. They told me that they would reship with a different delivery company. It has been more than a week, and they have just informed that UPS will pick up the product on Monday. They have also counted this as my warranty claim, even though I never received the product, to begin with.

Just buy a cheaper case on amazon and forget about these people!

Stay away! Bought a product that did not work. Customer service did not help. They are also spamming with emails even though i unsubscribed.

The other reviews are correct. The latest products are rubbish compared with those of years ago. There is nothing on their website to say that the item is despatched from anywhere other than the UK and NOTHING about having to return items to the Netherlands. This is what you have to do - they require you to pay the postage even if your item is faulty. AVOID - rubbish product and rubbish customer service. This kind of scam - using a UK co.uk address and then requiring a return to an address abroad should be made unlawful.

Absolute thieves ! I send the case back to Netherlands and they never gave me my money back despite saying they had. The have simply stolen my money !! Customer service is a joke and so is the company. What a sham and a waste of time. Just do not bother, the cases are total crap as well !!!

The Company's customer service is very poor. If you are a UK customer and buy the product from their .co.uk website, beware that the item is shipped from abroad, such as the Netherlands, and if you don't want the product, or it's faulty, you have to send it back to them shipped at great cost. NO WHERE on their website is this mentioned and it's an absolute scandal that they can get away with this.
