I ordered the iPhone Pro 14 case, OtterBox Frē Series for MagSafe. Apparently all singing and dancing. When I received it, I could not scroll anything on the screen and the buttons on the side would not work properly. It appears to be a very cheap product. I have tried numerous times to contact them for a return address, and I am being ignored. Do not waste your money!!!

No customer support phone number. Only email which took a long time to respond. I wanted to cancel my order when I realised immediately upon ordering that the timeframe for delivery was very long. They said no option to cancel or for me to pay for expedited delivery.

I placed an order to the wrong address by mistake just after moving house. After very promptly asking them to change the address on the order (about 5 minutes after order was placed), it somehow got delivered to the old address anyway. Two weeks later, no apology or real understanding of the case has been communicated to me, and though (through various canned responses) they claim to have sent another delivery I do not have a tracking number or any information. I will be seeking a refund if the tracking info doesn't appear very soon. Avoid!!

Terrible company do not buy anything from them they do not answer emails phones or process returns.

After contacting them numerous times to query the delay in delivery and each time being told to “wait a bit longer “, I have finally been told a bulk lot of orders (including mine) they despatched has gone missing!!!
I hope my refund doesn’t also “go missing”! Dreadful customer service.

Trying to process a return due, but after completing the section on their website I do not receive any instructions by email on how to return products to get a refund, also return shipping costs are not covered.

I ordered a pink case and received a grey instead. I send them a message few times and no-one replied. I can't even start the return for the item. Seems like no-one there to contact..

Ordered a ‘heavy duty’ OtterBox Symmetry Folio Case for my daughter’s iPad ahead of starting secondary school. The cover clearly has insufficient and defective glue so is coming apart after light use at home. OtterBox refuse to replace under warranty saying it’s Amazon. Amazon say it’s OtterBox. Doing further research on the case it’s clearly a common fault they refuse to acknowledge. Avoid.

This company doesn’t honor its own return and refund policy. My case was returned over a month now and I never got my money back.

A year back, some psycho on the street attacked me. He knocked my phone out of my hand and sent it flying onto the concrete, then he kicked it and stomped on it, all while trying to shove me over. I was fine thanks to my fight or flight kicking in (in the "fight" direction), but I expected my phone to be trashed. Not so! It survived with barely a scratch because of my Otter Box. I needed a good case because I am a clutz, but my loyalty is cemented (like the sidewalk it was kicked across) after that.

Ordered a new iPhone and came to OtterBox on the same day thinking they were a good company with premium products.. Nope! I waited for dispatch information for 3 days and when I finally got an update, to my horror OtterBox use Evri! It took a week for them to deliver my case so I spent a week worrying about scratching or damaging my phone. I would not purchase from OtterBox again, the case itself was £37.99 and it’s so cheap, nasty and flimsy. I had to double check it wasn’t a knock-off but no, they really are just rubbish cases.

OtterBox Defenders have been protecting my iPhones since they first hit the market. I have dropped my phones many times over the years, The Defender lives up to it's name! Over all those years and very heavy wear only one holster has had a clip break but they did not hesitate to send me a replacement at no cost. Today I just received my order for a Defender for my new iPhone 15 Pro and all the accessories such as chargers etc. One little detail on the order was wrong, I received a black car charger instead of a white one as ordered but the customer rep made it all wonderful and is sending me a black charging cable to match, no hassle. I am a customer for life!

Not even a year, already broken.
I bought a SYMMETRY PLUS case for my iPhone in August. It started losing its lime colour on the side in September after a few weeks of usage. A few months ago I noticed the edges were starting to get deformed and a bit loose.
Yesterday the left side and the bottom detached and made the case unusable since I no longer trust it to protect my phone.
I had several cases during the year - all of them a lot cheaper and nicer and they all lasted longer.
I am truly disappointed by having wasted money on this company and will 100% not recommend it to anyone since even trying to contact their website support on the EMEA side seems to be a major headache ...

The worst Cases, plus always crying about them pics on ebay, this company is big joke not seriuos people. Shame on you

When my parcel finally got despatcjed the courier left it out in public despite being at home. This means it was stolen and I never received it. After several emails to otter ox all I received was a reply saying it was delivered. I sent a reply advising It was indeed delivered but NOT TO ME. They stopped responding at that point even after several emails. Will have to now do a charge back on my card. Absolutely awful company. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

I bought an otterbox defender case for my s23 ultra via amazon, after a few days of use the case had scratched all edges of my brand new phone. I contacted otterbox customer service and they told me there’s no guarantee that the case won’t cause damage to a phone and that basically I should suck it up.
I was absolutely shocked and disgusted that a big company like this will have no regard for its customers nor their own reputation.
As for the product itself it’s very cheap plastic flimsy and looks horrible on the phone, looks like something from a pound shop and so I wasn’t too suprised when I discovered the damage it had caused to my phone.
I ask anyone thinking of purchasing anything from them to re-consider as you risk damage to your phone and otterbox stance on the matter is simply WE DONT CARE.

I recieved a phone case and an Alpha flex screen protector for my phone but it was the wrong one.
I returned it via tracked delivery and they have recieved it.
I have recieved the refund for the phone case but not the screen saver which is ridiculous as they were returned together in the same package. I have tried to contact them but just keep getting generic emails saying they will contact me which ofcourse they never do.
How do l get my money back from this dreadful company?

My 2 in 1 charger broke after a few months, contacted otterbox and they sent me a replacement, thanks

At the start of August I ordered a screen cover and a defender case for my iPhone. They took a week or so to arrive, and I was surprised to find they were both scratched! I was really disappointed as my previous Otterbox product was good. I found it difficult to find a return portal on the Otterbox Europe website and had to email them; they replied saying they were looking into it. I had to chase them twice before they eventually provided me with an address in the UK (but no return label, so returned at my own cost). Otterbox have refunded me for one item but not the other and now I am having to chase that! Very poor service and sad that their products were not up to standard.

I’ve previously found these cases to be just brilliant but my new iPhone has not yet left it’s box because I’ve waited almost two weeks (and waited in my house for three whole days when Otterbox used Evri as their shipping agent who have never attempted delivery); I’ve not received anything from Otterbox

No helpful response from “customer support” at all.
