What a great experience
What a great experience! My friend and I did bottomless and Imogen looked after us extremely well. She was friendly and attentive, despite being very busy. My friend and I do bottomless frequently and we think we’ve found our favourite. The food was banging too, I had the fish finger sandwich. Well done guys what a great day xx

Terrible company to deal with
Terrible company to deal with.
If you want a refund forget it. You pay for the return yourself and still get no refund. Does not need to be personalised or numbered just the wrong club or product is enough to refuse you a refund. Im out 68 euro and nothing to show for it . Sizing is ridiculous a size small was like a xl. This being the only problem plus the poor quality of the shirt threads hanging out and so light comparing to previous ones. I would never order online of them again.

Recently ordered 2 jerseys for my godsons birthday, I left it a bit late ordering and needed them fast,I e mailed customer service and Sarah e mailed me to say she would try but could not guarantee delivery for when I needed. Quality has really gone downhill
Quality has really gone downhill. I have given them the benefit of the doubt too many times and that is my fault. Latest two customer service experiences and quality are equally awful. Sizing is miles off what is stated on the website and even different to each other. I showed and proved this and they still tried to tell me nothing they could do until I quoted Irish consumer law and then suddenly it was fixed. Company’s know these laws and a company of this standing should not be dodging their responsibility regarding their products.

I ordered some shorts as a present and wanted them quickly. I had been told to ring the customer service line with the order number and they would help. I did that, the lady I spoke to was very helpful and said she would expedite the order. It arrived two days after the order was placed which was as promised.
The shorts were perfect, as described and the service was great.

Fantastic company. I needed an order urgently before my holiday and so i contacted their customer service department. I was hopeful yet realistic at the same time. They prioritised and dispatched my items quickly and everything somehow managed to arrive just on time. A special thank you to customer service agent Ben, who was so helpful in getting that done. I am extremely grateful for the fast and reliable service and again thank you Ben for all your help, you were a pleasure to deal with.

Brilliant customer service! Dane was so helpful, polite and responded very to quickly. He went above and beyond to sort out the issue. I would definitely order again from O’Neills because I know if there is a problem it will be resolved.
Faulty product, customer pays return
Received a faulty product and after dealing with customer service for more than a week O'Neills want me to pay for the return of the faulty product to their Online Returns Department. Never have I experience that as a customer you are asked to pay for the shipping cost of returning a faulty product! How can O'Neills sending a faulty product be my responsibility? And at my cost?

I just want to highly thank Carole in customer service for getting a half & half jersey delivered in time for a groom for his wedding (I left it as a late addition) and it went down so well with guests from both sides on the day , which could nt have happened without all the time and effort Carole gave to my last minute rush!

Awful customer service.
Awful awful. Ordered a sports hoodie which is not customised and on sale in clearance. Top was bit small so asked to swop to bigger size. Declined saying no refund no exchange. Disgusting company and awful customer service.
