Stated on their website product can be returned however company refused to pay tax for the return product to be delivered from the U.K. Do think twice if you are International online shopper & wanted to return product. I have lost the postage to return the product & never shop on their website again.

I ordered a half and half jersey on Sat, emailed asking if it was possible to get it quickly and they kindly did. The jersey arrived the following Thursday in loads of time. Great customer service. Thank you.

Recently made a call to Customer Care asking for a special favour. I was speaking to a lovely kind understanding girl called Sarah. Told her I needed my purchase on or before the weekend. She told me leave it with her no promises but would do her best.

Placed an order thursday for cork gaa jersey they didnt have in stock had to go into production but they prioritized it for me and its dispatched already.. Shout out to Stephen for pushing it for me! thank you.

I made a recent Oneills purchase and was delighted with the product and service. The dispatch time is 5-7 days with delivery after that so this should be considered when ordering. I did require the item a little quicker and Carole in Oneill’s did all she could to get the item to me on time. Would have no problem recommitting or using again in the future.

I placed an order for a GAA jersey for a match and an personalised item, I forgot that the personalised item does take longer than the standard delivery which I totally understand. I sent an email and in the same day , Callum replied and said he would do his best to prioritise my order as I needed the jersey and sure enough it was delivered very quickly. He also kept me updated by email. I would find it very hard to find a company that comes anywhere near the customer service and delivery service O’Neills provide. They are excellent. Keep up the good work.

Callum was a gent!! Emailed looking to see if I could speed up shipping for custom half/half jerseys, Callum got back to me straight away that morning saying he would prioritise it and was dispatched at 3.30pm!! Top tier 👏🏼

Is there a zero? Terrible. Every interaction I have is terrible. Customer service is appalling and curt. They really are the grab all association. There are other companies that do gaa gear. I would just use them instead

Ordered online sent to wrong address and o'neills keep saying it was sent to the address I gave even doh ive only ever had one address saved on their website avoid at all costs ordering online

Stephen From O'Neills Customer Service went above and beyond to help me out for my Wedding and I couldn't be happier! I placed a very last minute order for personalized Jerseys for all of my groomsman and Stephen helped make sure everything got done before the wedding with time to spare! The Jerseys were a huge hit and my groomsmen were Repping Tyrone on the Dance floor all night long. Thank you to the entire O'Neill's team, especially Stephen!

I ordered and contacted O'Neill's to try and expedite the order as it related to a memorial for a former player. Order was despatched and received within two days. Fantastic they would go the extra mile for a worthy reason.

I ordered a personalised item for my son’s birthday. Unfortunately I ordered the item late and only realised a personalised item would take longer to ship when I read small print. I contacted customer service and they prioritised my order and then contacted me to say it had been shipped the next day in time for the birthday.
