Good delivery time and a football shirt arrived. For £50 I was expecting a much higher quality jersey with sharp crisp images and lettering. Very average and blurry. I’ve seen much better in Vietnam markets. Definitely not worth £50

I purchased a school jacket for my son, and I am very disappointed with the quality and finish of the item.
The filling inside the sleeves is poor, and some parts appear to be empty with little or no padding. This makes the jacket feel uneven and not suitable for keeping warm. In addition, one of the pockets has already come open at the seam.
Considering this is a school jacket, I expected a much better standard of quality and durability. I didn't return it because it was hard to get his size and I thought it will be the same issue with padding .I spoke with few parents and they had the same issue 😕

Good range of items but incredibly slow delivery. I ordered football shorts and socks 8 days ago and they’re only being dispatched now.

Could not ask for friendlier professional staff, excellent customer service! Food excellent variety and value for money. The Irish breakfast is outstanding and the steak sandwich would rival any other venue in leeds. Not to mention the lunch time offers and pizza deal.
This is my go to place for a relaxed atmosphere and exceptional food

Left an order very late for an upcoming tournament. I contacted O'Neills and asked if they may be able to assist with an earlier dispatch. Dane was of great help and ensured the order was marked priority and I was kept updated on matters. The gear was received in advance of the tournament and within a short turnaround time. Delivery was quick but I accidentally ordered the wrong jersey type. When I contacted O Neills they were very quick to respond and provide clear instructions on how to resolve the issue and very nice to deal with. I exchanged the jersey with a quick return delivery again and although the exchanged jersey was €5 more expensive did not charge me the difference either. If all companies had this level of customer care there be no need for shops

Dane went over and above to make sure I got my order on time due to bank holidays. Was offering alternatives and helping with stock questions in other stores etc. Absolute life saver! Couldn't of been better. Thanks again Dane!

I was in O’Neils, Enniskillen today (07/03/2026) at approximately between 15:10-15.20pm with my mum and my mum asked one or two of the staff in regards to baby clothes and they looked at her and stated that there was none and there was only 3-4 years old and after they said that they just turned their backs against my mum. Very rude I must say! And when we looked around ourselves we actually found a good range of 0-6 and 6-12 months ect …. Of baby clothes. We then went to cash out to pay for the outfit and we knew the outfit was on sale but we just asked if we could also use our student discount and the girl who served us just rudely said “no there a sale item and you don’t get student discount on top of it” it just was down right rude and abrupt!!

Customer service is seriously lacking!!!!

Ordered a special edition CMAT top on Sunday, contacted O’Neills to ask if this could arrive by Friday for a CMAT gig and thankfully Carole arranged for the order to be fast tracked and was received in time! Can’t fault the service at-all, absolutely first class!

Everyone vaping and smoking cannabis inside the pub. Rude staff took my chair instead of dealing with people breaking the law. Double standards.

Danes customer service was top notch, I liked the quick delivery and hassle free return. I really dislike though that O'Neill's do not manufacture and sell short leg trousers making me unable to purchase a pair of my football clubs tracksuit bottoms that fit. For context I am 5 foot 9, so pretty average height, unfortunately for me I have shorter legs and a longer torso so require short leg trousers which O'Neills do not offer.

Having gone with family visiting from Portugal, who wanted an authentic English breakfast, we were very happy with the service, staff and the food. A very pleasant experience.
But the clincher was the access. My wife is in a wheel chair (electric) and there are a few large steps to navigate.
They have a new ramp, long enough to avoid any issues with entry or exit.
A quick response when we asked, and staff willing to assist, unlike some places which make you feel like it’s a hassle for them.
I cannot thank them enough.

I had a quarter zip top that I got as a gift and I wanted it to be embroidered with a club badge. I contacted customer service and they were back to me within a few hours. I had to send a photo so there was a couple of emails back and fourth but every time the representative got back to me in no time at all. I then posted the top back to the address I was told to and received the finished product back to me within 72 hours which I was extremely impressed with. The quality of the product was fantastic. All round a very helpful and tentative response from the excellent customer service team.

Items received in good time, kept one item which is nice quality and returned the rest. Received email confirmation of receipt of return and that it had been processed and refund would be with me in 3-4 days - 3 weeks later, still no refund and no reply from customer service. So a total of over 7 weeks from when I returned the item with no refund and no responses from customer service.

From the very start of visiting and meeting Nadine, organising our family members wake was easy, and we were treated with such kindness, respect and compassion. Kyle was amazing with assisting us with a video to be played during this time. The food was so nice, everyone complimented on how nice it was. We would definitely recommend this venue. Staff are such a delight, helpful and friendly.
