2nd purchase for me , as I was so pleased with service I got when visiting their shop in Dublin. Once the goods were posted they were with me in Scotland within a day .Real quality goods and they kept me informed. If anything the processing could be a bit quicker, but well worth the wait !

From a very popular Irish branded sports wear company from start to finish with my order I have to say I am more than disappointed.
From long wait times on two jerseys I purchased to the quality of the item when received.
I ordered a Galway special edition jersey and a kids club jersey.
The wait time they advised was with the kits club jersey.Which would have been ok until it arrived and I seen what I was waiting for
To be brutally honest I could have got something of better quality on a market stall on a Saturday morning.
Disappointed parent and even more disappointed kid.Hopefully going forward you can actually provide the quality that your prices would think you would receive

Try and go every week if we can, great atmosphere, staff are so friendly and helpful and food is excellent, tasty fresh never had a bad meal. Cannot fault any aspect of o’neils definitely be there next week. Well done all if you.

Had an issue with my account, so rang o'neills and dealt with Callum. The issue was sorted within a day. Callum was the best customer service operator I have ever dealt with with and he is an asset to your company. A1 and highly recommended 👌

Why does O'Neills not permit online orders to be returned to store? Having to pay for delivery of an online order and then pay again to return if unsuitable due to the erratic sizing between different garments really puts me off ordering.

Added 2 items to cart, selected check out and logged in with my Paypal. Only after authenticating with Paypal in did it add the whopping $25 postage which was not mentioned anywhere in the cart. Seems kinda predatory

I bought and paid for my sons school PE uniform in june. October the 23rd half of it arrived. Numerous emails to the company and a fella called cian replied orders would be shipped when they came back in stock,that was October the 1st. 3 weeks later after waiting months on the PE uniform, half of it arrives with a note written trousers fo follow and that's all . No other information on when they will be sent. Nearly 5 months waiting and having paid €107 and half arrives.

What an awful company! You buy items (that aren’t cheap by the way) for your children and despite the fact they don’t fit, they WILL NOT accept ANY returns. Now stuck with expensive items that will never be used!

I DO NOT recommend using this company!

Excellent service. Emailed after placed order to ensure received before weekend and they changed to priority and it was sent the next day :)

The Customer service team (Ben) was fantastic. Whilst I was annoyed with having to chase (a parcel not arriving and being lost at handover) Ben handled the whole incident exceptionally and kept me well updated and informed. Proactive, helpful and responsive. The positive experienced is furthered by the issue being resolved within days. All in all I cannot speak highly enough of the customer service experience. Ordered products including asics runners (gutties as we say in the North) on a Friday evening, arrived the following thursday, which I was happy with since I needed one of the products for the upcoming weekend. I look forward to ordering more items.

Recently ordered 2 pairs of Skechers kids shoes via their website after finding them to be one of the cheapest options. We're in Australia, so I was somewhat sceptical of a brand I wasn't familiar with. The shoes were roughly 30% cheaper than buying from Skechers direct.
The shoes turned up quicker than expected - 4 business days - and were exactly as described in new condition. Communication was good. Will use them again.
