I still don't have my item
I still don't have my item. I have contacted both O'Neill and Evri, with no response from either. My payment left my bank account on the 21st May but I don't have the item and it is now the 4th June.

Terrible customer services
order not received after 11days and no reply today from customer services.
Will not be buying again from O'neil website. You need a customer services telephone number - no way of tracing order.

My hyperfreak wetsuit started leaking…
My hyperfreak wetsuit started leaking after just 6 surfs.
I’ve had O’Neil wetsuits for years. The last 4 suits I’ve had are from them but I won’t be buying another. I always wash out my suit straight after a surf. But the seal on the inside of the suit round the crotch has just peeled back. Now it leaks and is cold. £200 on a suit and that’s what you get,

Very happy with bikini, beautiful print and excellent quality, should last a long time. Find it so hard to find right size and this fitted really well, so using the size guide feature definitely worked for me.

Terrible delivery and return times
Ordered some swim wear from the website and there was no confirmation of how long the items would take to arrive. Turns out they come form NL so took around 2 weeks to arrive! They were all sub par quality for the price so sent them back using their returns process. It took another 2 weeks to get back to them and then is now going to take 21 business days to process a refund!!!
Do yourself a favour and go to Superdry!

The ordering system was easy and I received an email confirming my order very soon after I had placed it. I had the item in less time than the quoted delivery for the UK which was really appreciated. Tge item was a gift for my grandson and he loved it

Payment made 23/3. It’s now 4/4 and still no sign of item. Paid £6.95 for postage. Anywhere else I’d have had item within a day or two.

the box was delivered like it had been a ring with a pit bull and a bully! Not sure if it's still usable, and can't find the return button, Absolutely crazy for the amount of money I paid for it! Very unsatisfied customer

No Product, No Refund
Evri returned the parcel even though it was small enough to fit thru my letterbox. I messaged O'Neill to tell them what had happened and did not receive a response.

Ordered bikini in November - only the bottoms came. Returned it on the 8th December - no communication and still waiting for the refund in February!
