Great product shame about communication
Great product. Good price. Good delivery but the email which told me one of the things I had ordered in the sale was no longer available was very late. Thank goodness I had orders more than one thing as it was for a birthday gift.

Lost Delivery and No Customer Support
Parcel was lost by the courier and they are accepting no liability. They use Evri who are notoriously awful. Their customer service is terrible as well, they do not answer emails other than asking you to fill in a form and then nothing.
Had to raise a formal complaint but not sure that will work. I would strongly advise anyone to think twice before ordering from them. There's a good chance that you will not get your parcel as they use Evri and then you are out of pocket.

Absolute hassle with returns and getting your money back
Once you bought something and then returned try to get your money back! No phone number to call. Automated reply a week ago and no contact since! I have to report this company to Fraud Action and the bank for chargeback. Avoid if you can.

One star because although my daughter loves the bikini, I ordered two sizes as I was unsure of the fit. I didn't get a confirmation email containing the order number, therefore I am unable to process the return and refund for the unneeded size. There is no option to speak to a customer service person and no response to email. Very frustrating and has put me off ordering from O'Neill in the future.

Ski-tastic
I like O’Neill for ski wear as the jackets have great features like secure pockets, ski pass pocket in the left hand sleeve, google pocket and big hood. The fabric and technical stuff is spot on. The website is easy to navigate round and the sizing is good too.

Seen this t-shirt online nice look and liked the colour ,ordered my size and within 5 days arrived very happy it came in time for my holidays fits like a glove ,going to shop again for shorts I should have bought them as well very happy with my package 📦

Non existent customer service
Absolutely awful, or rather non existent customer service. I received the incorrect item with a recent order and have since been completely unable to get hold of any one to process a return and dispatch the correct item. I've sent multiple emails, which have been left unanswered and the phone line doesn't work. Won't be ordering from them again.

Seams fall apart
My last three O'Neill wetsuits - all top end - have all come apart at the seams. This time the suit is in such good condition apart from that, that the seam splitting is clearly premature and I have emailed customer service to ask whether they can fix it (a local repair has quickly come apart). No reply. I buy O'Neill because they are comfortable, the neoprene is good and my local shop sell it, but really it is such a waste of money and materials having to keep replacing a perfectly good suit with perfectly bad seams that I am now going to try another brand.

Return a little difficult
Hi,
I brought a wetsuit for my daughter who is 14. The size said size 10 but I didn’t realise it was for a 10 yr old girl. So when it arrived was too small. It should say size 10yr old not size 10.
I have sent back my wetsuit over a week ago but have had no correspondence to say it’s been received and no refund yet.
Better correspondence and easier send back system would be better.
The return lead me to believe I could send back in inpost, but this wasn’t the case, wasted journey. Had to find a different sending place was a bit difficult.
