Refund?

Purchased two items and one was two small. Sent the small one back via the post office so have a record saying they have received it. Not had any confirmation from O'Neill that they are processing the refund?

I don't think I will be using them again.

The sizing exercise worked brilliantly and do I ordered the right size and it fit perfectly when it arrived. An easy process to choose and order. A fast delivery. Excellent company to deal with. Excellent quality swimwear.

Awful customer service. Returned an item. No acknowledgment from them that they had received it back and still waiting for a refund two weeks later. Never again.
Avoid at all costs.

Lack of response. I've asked for an item to be returned and have had no acknowledgement of my request and no return documents shared despite emailing O'Neill several times.

I didn’t receive any order confirmation or delivery information whatsoever, I wasn’t even sure my order had been processed as the money had been taken from me but other than that I had absolutely no evidence of an order having been placed or when it was being delivered. Got one reply from email support after I chased, saying I will receive delivery information shortly then after that all emails I replied to the same support email address bounced back as undeliverable. My parcel turned up unannounced as I had not received any delivery info or updates at all. I sent 3 items back for a refund 6 weeks ago, and I received an email from the same address 4.5 weeks after sending my package back saying I’m only receiving 80% of my refund as there has been another sale….after I had already sent my items back?? I replied to the email like it suggests we do if there are any queries, and yet again the email has bounced back undelivered. Extremely frustrating, extremely poor communication, and an absolute guessing game from start to finish.

My husband really likes the jacket but I was disappointed as the picture illustrates that the jacket is a white colour on top but in reality it is cream or ivory and not the bright white depicted on your web site. So feel its misleading to customer.

This company is an absolute laughing stock. I ordered a wetsuit 4 months ago which cost £320, the wetsuit stitching came away at the leg, O’Neil refused to cover warranty, even though it states on their website that they cover 1 year manufacture warranty. Do not buy from these bunch of clowns.

the delivery was surprisingly quick, even though it was sent abroad.
I love the product, it's quality, shape and resemblance to the pictures.

Terrible customer service, I am waiting two weeks for acknowlegement i returned an expensive coat.
