SAMSUNG FRONTIER worst service ever!!!

I ordered a smartwatch. It supposed to be delivered between 6-8 working days. After 16 working days I contacted them where is my item and they told me it was not dispatched for some unknown reason. After two days they called me saying that they will contact me in another 5 days to see what it happening or I can cancel the order. I cancelled and received an email saying that refund will take at least 25 working days due to an unanticipated event that happened with the payment gateway!!!

I feel so much anger at myself after being scammed by OneDigitals.co.uk.

I ordered a Samsung phone. Once beyond the given delivery times, I contacted them on their LiveChat function (as they ignore emails and the UK phone number is clearly not manned - always goes to answer phone and they do not return calls).

After waiting 90 mins to get through to someone on LiveChat, I was told that they did not know where my where my phone was and would get back to me within 48 hours. By this point I had read the reviews on TrustPilot and had no faith that I would ever see the phone, so I asked for the order to be cancelled.

I received an email confirmation of my order cancellation which stated that I'd get a refund in 10 working days. This was on 17th January.

10 working days passed so I contacted again via LiveChat and was told that due to an problem with their accounting system or something, that refunds had been delayed. They could give no indication of when I might receive it, but assured me I would.

So 31 days later I'm still waiting for my refund. I've reported the company to Trading Standards and I have tried to get my money back from my bank (Lloyds) through the ChargeBack process. No success so far so living with very faint hope that I'll ever see my £200 again :(

LIARS and THIEVES - DO NOT USE

Didn't send the order. Many many lying emails insisting they are dealing with the refund.

Months have gone by and shortly after another change of story about systems upgrades needing 25 days! to process the refund I gt an email saying my ticket has been inactive and is being closed.

Now they don't even bother to send more lies, they just ignore me completely.

I don't know how they are allowed to keep taking peoples money; surely the banks and payment providers can black list them?

After 3 weeks and several emails and phonecalls they admitted they had no shipping date for the phone I had ordered.
I have cancelled my order and am just hoping I get my money back.

Please don't buy from them I paid for express delivery and 15 days later I still haven't received my order when I phoned them they kept me in a waiting line for half an hour and then disconnected me I tried live chat they kept me waiting in a line for a long time and then disconnected me I emailed which I did get a reply 6 days later with an excuse why I haven't received my order in the end had to cancel my order and claim my money back through my bank which took 3 weeks

Ich habe vor 2 Monaten also in Dezember iPhone AirPods bestellt...bis jetzt habe ich diese AirPods nicht erhalten..und mein Geld habe ich auch nicht zurück bekommen...diese Firma ist der letzte dreck...ich schreibe fast jeden Tag dort hin und es kommt immer nur die Antwort ich warte auf eine Bestätigung auf Hongkong immer wieder diese gleiche Antwort...Diese Firma ist eine Betrügt Firma...Bitte bestellt nicht auf dieser Seite ihr bekommt nie diese Sachen die ihr bestellt und das Geld bekommt man auch nicht zurück... ich werde auf jeden Fall keine Ruhe geben bis ich mein Geld zurück habe oder die AirPods bekommen habe

I finally got my money back.

I then wrote a lengthy procedure on how I went about this on TrustPilot to help others out and to help get their money back.

OneDigitals then had my review blocked! TrustPilot has since reviewed it and reinstated it (please see below).

Please contact your bank if you are struggling to get a refund. Even if you used a Debit Card. There is a thing called Charge Back, my bank implemented this and only then did I get my money back.

PS - I then went a put my purchase with Wonda Mobile. Same deal, export company based in Hong Kong. Ordered on a Friday, got it on a Wednesday. Just saying!

Wish i had seen these post's earlier.
Placed an order recently and contacted them for an update on the order.
I was informed that the item was out of stock and they could not tell me when new stock was due in.
I was offered the option of waiting for new stock to arrive or a full refund.
I opted for the refund. No reply to that email or subsequent emails.

Telephone constantly goes to an answer machine where no one replies to your messages and the live chat on the site does not connect to anyone.

Ignore the Trusted by Trustpilot on the site.
Please refund peoples money and take this site down.

Generic response to this review from OneDigitals apologising for problems with my order. This was my partners order .. not mine. If you can read and reply to the many thousands of bad comments .. why can't you take the time to reply to emails?
You have been emailed again .. suggest you read the latest one.

Didn't receive mobile phone still no refund from last November... do not order they are not UK based they are a rip off China Company.

No refund for the order for two month already 515-4619. Pls let me know if there is a chance to get the money back?

No reply to my calls, no reply to my emails. Started proceeding for recovery of my money. DO not buy from these guys.

Betrügerischer, unglaublicher dreister Anbieter.

Sieben Wochen nach Bestellung eines Artikels immer noch keine Zustellung trotz mehrmaliger Zusage, dass der Artikel in den nächsten Werktagen geliefert würde.
Die darauf folgende Stornierung liegt nun einen Monat zurück, der gezahlte Rechnungsbetrag wurde trotz mehrmaliger Nachfrage noch nicht zurück gezahlt.

Der offenbar (gewollt) nicht zustellbare Artikel ist im Webshop weiterhin als sofort verfügbar gelistet mit Lieferzeit 2-3 Werktage.

Ich könnte mir dafür in den A. beißen dass ich die Seriosität des Verkäufers nicht vorher geprüft habe.

One Digital emailed 2 days after the refund stating that a refund has been issued but still can't say when the refund will be? This website looks to be one big scam with no stock and cheap prices to lure people in. 0 stars given, pity I have to give 1

Avoid at all costs! I placed an order and received the order confirmation to say order being processed and delivery would be within 6-8 working days. Item did not arrive so chased - I could not get in touch with anyone initially and when I did, was told that the order was waiting to be processed (8 days after placing the order) and once despatched it would take 6-8 days (not what is stated on their website). After 2 weeks I decided to cancel the order and was informed my card would be refunded. I am still awaiting my refund since the beginning of January and just keep getting informed that there is a problem with their payment gateway. I have now referred this to my credit card as a dispute/claim. Wish I had never come across this Company!!!!

As per my previous review. Still no sign of a refund. I've had to open a dispute with my card issuer now. Sick of their excuses and blatant lies. No idea how they're still in business.

AVOID AVOID AVOID My dad bought a camera off them and never got anything just a choose a different product out of stock bulsh*t. They look pretty professional but are a shower of w%%kers . They pose as a local business and are not an Irish or English company as represented. I cancelled my parents credit card and logged a no goods received claim with Ulster bank. My order number is 5154916. I have contacted you with many emails and you have not got back to me. Please refund money. I have notified the fraud section of my credit card company also.

Bestellung die innerhalb von 6-8 Tagen geliefert werden sollte weil die Ware angeblich sofort verfügbar war wird jetzt bei jeder Nachfrage nur vertröstet. Die Methode scheint System zu haben. Ich habe jetzt storniert und hoffe das das Geld zurückkommt. Es war nicht viel, aber das spielt keine Rolle.
Ich sehe hier betrug am Kunden.

First of all definately not based in Ireland. Its Hong Kong ... I placed an order 13th of Dec...it still wasnt dispatched by the 19nd. Although they do advertise 3-5 days...( haha) I canceled via email...( please note the money was deducted from my account immediately...not pending...taken immediatey.) I had no response by 22nd Dec...I tried to call...no matter what time I called I was always 7th in the que...after 1hr and a half on hold..the phone was hung up 😠...Finally recieved confirmation of cancelation around 27th of Dec...but no sign of a refund , just an aknowledgment of cancellation. Iv since written 35 emails requesting a refund, but nothing. Finally I contacted my bank to motion a charge back. Today is the 12th of Feb and just got my money back. This crowd are a shambles of a set up. Money grabbing sharks...its a scam AVOID AVOID AVOID....I ONLY WISH I HAD THE SENSE TO READ THESE REVIEWS BEFORE I GOT CAUGHT UP WITH THESE BUNCH OF SCAM ARTISTS!!!

I was another one duped by these thief's. They are not UK based but Hong Kong based. They are also responsible for Mobicity UK who do exactly the same thing. I can't believe trading standards have not got the web site shut down yet! Bottom line is, evidence you have made contact with them then contact your bank. Don't even waste your time waiting on false promises of a refund. I used my debt card and the RBS credited the full amount back to me after a week. Will learn to check trust pilot next time!

Bought a apple watch early December and nothing came, still waiting for refund, been advised that the refund has been processed two times and still nothing, totally ruined my Christmas :(
