PayPal trap
This website allows you to use PayPal ONLY. When you arrive at the page just before payment, you see PayPal charges you more than 10 pounds! Wow, I didn't know that when I was forced to sign up the PayPal! Or I wouldn't! I used PayPal before, it was awful. I never ever want to use it again! Then I tried to pay, and transaction failed. I tried again, it time out. Then again, and still time out. I deleted my PayPal account pronto (but of course they are going to store and sell my data for the next 5-10 years). Will not ever use this website again.

My Hermes driver is very reliable very sociable and very trustworthy

I've been looking at all these bad reviews so I consider myself very lucky , I ordered a Samsung galaxy A5 (2017) in March 2017 and received it with no problems although it did take about 5 weeks to be delivered, was just considering another phone thats how I came to resd the reviews, I think I'll give it a miss this time.

Never ever buy from this scamming website

Basically in December 2017 I had asked ordered a galaxy A7 2017 but with no surprise I did not get the product and neither did I get my money back, then in end of December I went to my bank and had filed a charge back case to get my money back, by now I have spent more money in retail and bought a more expensive new phone, it took a couple of months but I eventually got my money back in full as my bank got it back from those scammers, so I just wanted to say, screw you onedigital, I got my money back and u couldn't scam me. Never will I and anyone else will buy from onedigital ever again.

I Purchased a camera order #1500026819 on the 29th November 2017 (in good time for Christmas), the camera never arrived so one disappointed daughter, I sent many emails to which I did receive replies from Mellisa S stating that it was on back order.
As the camera hadn't arrived in time I requested a refund in January 2018 to be told it would be issued within 14days... I'm still waiting

I usually read reviews before ordering! on this occasion I didn't! More fool me!!

Took my money, didn't send the phone, no refund. Website and email are now dead. I guess it was a scam company - see all the reviews about unpaid refunds :-(

Can not get all goods ordered after 12 months of trying. Now phone calls and emails go unanswered. Phone disconnected and emails bounce back

As per below feedback my experience has also been appalling! I ordered a watch from One Digital back in November to be told less than a week later that the price had increased and the couldn't honour the sale at the agreed amount! I instantly cancelled my order and asked for a refund......and since then have contacted them numerous times chasing the refund. I'm feel cheated, I trusted this company and had been promised that the money would be paid into my account within 10 working days!
It frustrates me that companies like this are allowed to operate. I can see that their web page is no longer live, hopefully they've been tracked down and closed but this doesn't help those of us either waiting for an item, refund or have damaged goods!
I hope this company is prosecuted!

I purchased a galaxy s7 in 2016 I'm having problems with charging now I tried calling them because I purchased a extended 5 year warranty. I just found out that the website is not there any more. Called Samsung as I thought my phone was still within 2 years warranty but they won't touch it as they say my handset is a Dubai model and not a EU model.

Still waiting for my full refund even though I informed them within 14 days that I wanted to cancel my order.
I ordered a brand new phone and they sent me a second-hand one in an opened box that anyone could have tampered with!!
Some 5 months on now and I am taking them to court over my refund.

Same story. Paid by debit card, called my bank after 3.5mths of waiting, claimed charge back. I got my money back. Do the same!!!

No goods received no refund still battling 5 months on

This company is fraud. They keeping me waiting more than 6 months for refund.
Saying that they installing new system and keep me waiting to refund.

Last year I bought iphone 6s plus and I returned it as it was faulty. Last month they said to wait for 25 days to get my refund.

Now their website is down

I ordered item in December and cancelled order in December I was assured in January i would get a refund following a number of emails and still have not received my refund, today I emailed once again and now email address is no longer working my order number is 515-4737 and I cant believe companies get away with this.

If anyone in the UK is thinking about ordering anything from this company. Please, please do not waste your money - they are based in China and are part of the Milkyway group. You will never receive your item or be able to get a refund from them despite numerous communications with the fraudsters.

I ordered a Rose-gold Sony Xperia L1 mobile phone on the 3 December, 2017 and I am still waiting for the phone. I eventually asked them for a refund but this has not happened. They will send you the same automated / scripted email as below: -

Or they will blame any delays on the useless IT system which they say they are updating.

They must be making millions on selling goods cheaper than other companies which they are unable to deliver.

Do not buy from this website, buy your item from a reputable company in the UK.

Hi, guys, this issue is literally making me so upset as it's so much money and I just can't believe one digital would do this. I had some conversations with some of them last year and I thought there was some hope it is now 6 months no refund or anything. My bank said it is past the date they can raise a dispute. What can I do now to get my money back this a lot of money that has to be returned and like many of you have opened my eyes to how heartless fraudulent scammers are out there looking to pray on individuals. I would have thought they are customers as well how on earth do they have the conscious to do this to people??

Duurde wel langer dan gedacht. Telefoon gewoon ontvangen en werkt prima. Goede en voordelige aankoop en zeer tevreden met deze aankoop. Graag tot een volgende keer.

Just an update....it is now approaching 5 MONTHS since our initial order for 2 phones was made and our money being taken. The company has still not sent the second phone or returned our money as we have asked. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES...!!!! THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF...!!!!
