Do not buy from this company, FAKE I ordered a MOTO Gs Plus, in Feb it is now April. They will not give me back my money not answer my emails. Criminal. They have the same mail address as the UK company. Big mistake buying from them.

After being advised 7-10 day delivery, after 4 months and still no sign of the product we paid for, we cancelled our order.

Warranty does not exist to these non existing products ....they are not covered by manufacturers guarantee, just 12 months with themselves ....bearing in mind it takes them 3 weeks to respond, I'm not sure what type of warranty this relates to??? Genuine products????

Customer service is shocking, usual response time is 3 weeks to an email and zero response if you attempt to contact by phone; after spending nearly 4 hours trying to get through, I gave up. Having now cancelled the order, the refund will be processed within 28 working days, this excludes bank holidays and weekends. By the time we get our refund they will have had our money for nearly 6 months!

Do not buy from this company if you want your product. If you enjoy pain and hard work without reward, go for it!

It is unfortunate that trust pilot does not allow for zero or minus scores as I would definitely give this company minus 5. I ordered a lens from Onedigitals in early January but cancelled it 3 weeks later when I noticed the order was yet to be processed. It is now April and I am still waiting for my refund. I’m unable to contact anyone and have had no response to my emails. Do not use Onedigitals they are not an honest company.

Scammers! The problem with the shipment or package is missing, no response to the message, only live chat works. A waste of time and nerves, I will never buy anything in ONEdigitals

Don't buy there. I have lost ~128€. They didn't deliver, claimed they would refund within 25 (!) days, but of course never did. Scam.

Worse company every. As per the other reviews do not buy form here, they are a sham. I waited 4 months before I got my money back. You can contact you back and if you paid by debit card or credit card request a charge back. This site won’t allow me to post a link, I wonder why? Anyway, just google charge back and you will be taken to the Which website will explains how to do it. I got my money back two days after the bank received my form

December 2017 iets besteld, Maar kreeg geen product. Waarop Onedigitals zou over gaan tot terugbetaling betaald bedrag. Nu 2 april 2018 Nog steeds geen geld. Ondanks meermalen de belofte van Onedigitals.

dit bedrijf is niet te vinden via de KvK en werkt met een vage klantenservice. Die van alles beloven, maar niets nakomen.

werken met een Engels telefoonnummer (heel diep in website kun je Nederlands nummer vinden), maar dan krijg je antwoordapparaat.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from this company I ordered an I phone in November and paid for it in full and am still waiting for a refund and am now told they are closing my case as I have not contacted them. THEY ARE NOT WHAT THEY SAY THEY ARE.

I ordered a wireless speaker on the 27th November 2017 and it quickly became obvious i would not receive it in time for Christmas. I cancelled the order and was told i'd receive a refund within 10 working days. That was four months ago and i still can't get a response as to when my money will be refunded.

DO NOT buy anything from this company, I paid and ordered an I phone over £200 in November, did not get the phone and am still awaiting a refund. I have just had an e-mail saying they are closing my case I am now taking this to my solicitor. Do not touch this company with a barge pole I wish I had never heard of them.
Is there something you could help me One Digitals is my refund.

Uhr für Weihnachten bestellt, Lieferung verzögerte sich, Angebot der Stornierung angenommen, "Geld wird binnen 10 Tagen rücküberwiesen", seitdem schicke ich alle drei Wochen eine Mail, die mir immer umgehend beantwortet wird ("Danke, dass Sie uns kontaktieren, wir prüfen ... umgehend ... "). Aber nichts passiert.
Ich fürchte, das Geld ist futsch.

Trotz Stornierung bis jetzt kein Geld zurück. Man wird ständig nur vertröstet , von wegen "...wegen technischer Probleme verzögert sich die Zahlung ..."

Never buy there anything. After my order was canceled in December 2017 I‘m still waiting for my refund ( more than 3 months now). More than 20 emails have been sent no progress at all. This seem to be fake company. 368€ lost. Well done.

Believe EVERY SINGLE BAD review of this abourant company. I attempted to purchase a watch in Jan 18, they said 2 weeks delivery. NOTHING.
Asked for a delivery date NOTHING. asked for a refund NOTHING.
This is not a legitimate company, DO NOT USE THEM...

The UK phone number is discontinued or permanently engaged, the live web chat is a con, all empty promises and apologies.

I am still a couple of hundred of pound down with no sign of recovery.

I will be attempting to recover via credit card, but the question is Who are these people, they are certainly not a UK base enterprise as they elude to on the website.

Hi like many here I have had an unacceptable experience with One digitals
Goods were said to be in stock when ordered to find out they had no stock, Difficult to near impossible to contact don't bother with their online chat its a waste of your time, this fairy tale about system upgrades that were delaying the refund of my money...
The only good news and ray of hope for other reviewers I can post is that after buying on the 15th of January my refund finally came through today. Threats of escalation to the credit card company don't seem to carry much weight.
I have learnt by this experience , no matter how polished the web site appears and checks of location saying they are UK based, check the review sites before paying.

DO NOT BUY FROM ONE DIGITALS

They never delivered the product, and never refunded us despite endless requests.

They also seem to have fraudulently charged our card multiple times.

7 months ago I sent back a non UK Sony VR playstatioon
which was under warranty apparently with Onedigital but not Sony UK .

I have received over 20 emails advising that I will get a refund yet it has never arrived.
This was a childs Christmas present expect no integrity - I would not use them in the UK.

They said there was a back log in stock, they said it was on its way, they then said it failed quality control, thanked me for my patience, then still back log for more stock, 3 months later they say I will be refunded. Almost 4months from start of order and still no phone or refund. Now they don't respond to calls, emails and the live chat after waiting 20-30mins a time has now change to just sending them a message, no one has ever answered the phone and now no voicemail. I HATE THEIR SERVICE I FEEL ROBBED!!!!!
