Bought a watch in January, nothing arrived, finally managed to speak to someone on IM and had order cancelled and promised refund but still nothing received. Avoid this company at all costs. Now raising with credit card company and trading standards. These people are thieves, plain and simple.

They are a SCAM! They have taken my money and refusing to give a refund except if I give them my bank details and sign a waiver to that says I won't bring legal action against them. Don't trust them enough to actually give me my money back so there's no way I'm doing anything like that.
If you have been SCAMMED then try and do chargeback with your bank. So little history about one digital. They are part of Milkway Distribution Limited with a company number of 09606705. While they have Irish and UK online stores they are based in Hong Kong with a chairman who claims he's Australian. They pretend to be backlogged with orders and don't give you you're money back. DONT GO NEAR THEM

I made an order with Onedigitals, but was told that the products were out of stock. I was made to take one of two options; either to wait for the products' availability or to seek a refund. I opted for the refund, it is now more than two months from the date they acknowledged cancelling my order, yet they have refused to pay me my money back. I have used all means available from phone calls to emails, but nothing works. My advice to anyone who values his happiness is not to engage with this company AT ALL.

Just another update , another month has gone by ,but still no refund. Standard reply I have heard so many times over the last few months . Please avoid this company like the plague ,for the state of your sanity .

If you have a chance, avoid them. Don't fall their low prices like I did. Ordered a Samsung Fit Pro2 for my wife but never saw it. The customer care on their website does not work and the user account you creat when you place your order is unaccesable. Got in contact with them via email and they were promising me pretty much everything but the watch did not arrive by the time they promised. I asked for a refund, they aknowledged it but no money came back on my card.
If you did fall for them and are waiting for your refund get in touch with your bank or credit card provider (whichever holds the card you used for your purchase) and they'll give you your money back and will get in touch with them later. That's what I did and got my money back.

DO NOT USE!! They put through fake orders and keep your money! Claim they will cancel the order and give a refund but never do! Had to claim through my credit card! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Ich wollte einen Belichtungsmesser bestellen, von dem mir kurz nach der Bestellung gesagt wurde, dass er "noch" nicht lieferbar sei. Da ich schließlich bei einerm anderen anbieter bestellen wollte habe ich den Auftrag storniert.

Auf meine 148€ warte ich seit September 2017 und werde konsequent vertröstet.
Es gibt keine ordentlichen telefonischen Ansprechpartner und es erscheint mir doch eher eine Strategie zu sein!

In jedem Fall ist die Zeit, die in den Rückerhalt des Betrages gesteckt wurde nicht wieder gut zu machen.

I placed an order, they told me it was ready to dispatch. Two weeks later they emailed me to say they could not supply the product (it was still advertised on their website) and would I like a refund or something else instead. I replied that I would like a refund please. Four months later I am still waiting for the refund despite countless emails to them which receive replies where I am told ridiculous reasons why my refund has been delayed. THESE PEOPLE ARE THIEVES, PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM , DO NOT BE TEMPTED BY PRICES THAT ARE TO GOOD TO BE TRUE LIKE I WAS!

NUR BETRUG! Vorsicht, mir ist genau das gleiche passiert, wie jeder hier.
Apple Uhr bestellt für 230 Euro, Ware storniert nach einer Woche und ich warte noch auf das Geld. Nun kam als letzes so eine Nachricht (auf Englisch natürlich):

When sending us a signed waiver letter, please also provide your bank details: bank name, bank code, bank account and account name enabling us to make a refund.

It is declared that the terms of this settlement are fully understood; that the amount or type of consideration stated is the sole consideration for this Agreement and that the sum is accepted voluntarily for the purpose of making a full and final compromise, adjustment and settlement of all claims for any liability that may result from the above noted business transaction. Furthermore, this Release shall be binding upon the undersigned, his respective, administrators, all representatives, successors and assigns.

For the above the noted consideration, the parties to this Agreement further agree not to make claim or take proceedings against any other person or corporation which might claim contribution or indemnity under the provisions of any statute or otherwise.

Very similar experience to others here. They took the money for the phone, and didn't deliver it.
Seemed to reply to emails, eventually - promised refund which again never came.
Said they had a problem with their payment gateway and the refund would take up to 25 working days. Some time after they emailed to say the refund had been made, but it was impossible for them to say when it would appear on my credit card statement. The refund didn't arrive.
THE SOLUTION:
I got the money back from the credit card company. If you find yourself in a similar boat, it helps if you communicate with Onedigitals by email - then you have records to print off for the credit card company to prove you're due a refund.
But best advice - DON'T BUY FROM THEM.

Almost a year later still haven't seen my money back nor have a received my faulty phone that was sent to them under a warranty call.
They won't even bother to reply to any emails.
KEEP AWAY FROM THIS BUNCH OF THIEVES. ORDER IF YOU WANT TO GET SCAMMED.

Well, I don't believe it but I have been refunded my purchase.
I really only think this has occurred because I threatened them by going to my bank & Consumer Affairs Victoria. Consumer Affairs contacted them & almost straight away, my refund was finally processed.
So don't give up, chase them via legal avenues and there may be a positive result.

It is a complete scam. I ordered a Zuiko objective for my Olympus, thinking to have found a wonderful offer, and I never received it. In the past 45 days I phoned and email them, with no answer. Following the advice found in this same site, I have contacted my bank and I really hope to have my money back in next 10 days. STAY AWAY from ONEDIGITALS.

On January 26 2018, I bought a SONY Xperia XZ1 (value: €407.95) from OneDigitals' website. Once my payment was confirmed, it was saying that my parcel would be delivered between 6 and 8 days, but I waited about 10 days without any update on the system.

I tried call them, but it was impossible, once I couldn't get through -- it just rang once or twice. Also, I tried send them emails, but nobody replied to me.

Once I sent an email mentioning my customer's right and asking for a refund, an employee replied saying: We are sorry for this. Our system is facing a problem and it wasn't possible to send you your parcel. We will refund you within 25 business day (!!!).

I was sending emails asking for any update, and one of the emails that I received as a reply, it was saying 2 things:
1) I could waive my rights and they would be able to refund me; or
2) I could ask for a chargeback from my bank account.
Also, this person said it wasn't possible to refund me once they were (still) facing problems with the system. It was 1 month after I asked for my money.

Waive my rights? Ask a chargeback from my bank? Why, if it's OneDigitals' fault? I said "No, send my money to this bank account. (giving them my IBAN)"
This person replied saying: once you don't want to ask for a chargeback from your bank, we need that you waive your rights in order to send your money.

No way that I will waive my rights!
I gave them one week to refund me, and March 14, 2018 was the last day. I am talking with my solicitor to sue them.

I have an invoice confirming that I paid them, all emails that I sent and received, and I can prove that I still didn't receive my money.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
I bought a camera lens shortly before christmas and never seen the product or my money!

WORST company ever. No communication, standard same response each contact made, no effort to process refund. Basically thieved over £300 paid in November!

Please stay clear of this company. I ordered a mobile phone on the 23 January 2018. They debited my account and then asked for proof of address . I only had my bank statement, so I refused and cancelled the order and requested a refund. I was told this would take 25 working days. I've never heard of anything more ridiculous. 25 working days passed and no money. Rang them and got a load of rubbish excuses. ..like talking to a robot. I raised a direct debit dispute with my bank and was given a refund within 48 hours. The funniest thing is though One Digital then sent me an email saying they had processed my refund? Hilarious. IF YOU CAN'T GET YOUR REFUND FROM THEM AND YOU PAID BY VISA DEBIT CARD? RING YOUR BANK AND THEY WILL GET YOUR MONEY BACK . KEEP AWAY FROM THIS ROBBING COMPANY.

Niemals Leute tut das euch nicht an meine ca. 530€ sind weg!! Keine Reaktion von der Firma gar nichts!! Ich bekomme nur Nachrichten, in der sie mir erzählen sie hätten technische Probleme!! War ein Riesen großer Fehler! Unmenschlich solche Leute. Was für kranke Ideen man hat und Leute so verarscht! Passt auf Leute!

Ordered a Samsung Gear watch for my son's birthday back in December. Still waiting. Claims the parcel was lost. Spoke to the courier company who said the company was reimbursed for the loss of the parcel and that they should resend or refund me. Still waiting.
Given a name of someone(Law) who can expedite the situation - no movement. Everyone that responded had a silly story about waiting on Dispatch to confirm next steps.
Three months I am convinced this is a fraudulent organisation.
