This company is a total scam and I would recommend that anyone thinking of doing business with them, avoid it at all costs. As someone else said in their review, if I could give a minus rating, I would.

I made my purchase back in November 2017 and after numerous attempts to get the phone that I had ordered and paid for, I eventually cancelled the order. But the refund has never arrived. I have now reverted to seeing if I can get my refund through my credit card/ bank.

Also I would like to know how TrustPilot operate/ interact with companies like this? I can see from numerous previous reviews that I'm not the only person scammed by these people in OneDigital (and by the way ....... people is too nice a word ........ more like parasites if you ask me). How come companies like this are allowed operate? Can TrustPilot do anything to force these parasites to close down?

Absolutely disgusting!! My item ordered was in December and never arrived. Wanted a refund but these people only give thousands of excuses. I have been chasing through their website chat every week but nothing ! Please I just want my money back!!! Stay clear of this company!! Do believe this is really true and it happened to many other innocent customers like us!

Website is a total scam. My money from December still has not been returned. All the apologies from the team, but nothing is being done.
Do not buy from this website.

Well another 2 weeks have passed since my last review. Still no refund ,as promised many many times . Please don't touch this bunch of crooks if you don't want the stress of dealing with these W--kers . Just hope the CHINESE authorities catch up with them , they won't be robbing innocent people after that.I paid by debit card can I start a dispute with my bank. Could some- one please advise me ?

never received my order, very bad communication, they pretend they can not process a refund and ask to sign a waiver. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THEM ! I have to try to get my money back through my bank.

If I could award a minus I would. Phone never appeared. Invited to order an alternative, that never appeared and the difference in money wasn't refunded. Eventually asked for refund. Nothing. Not even responding to emails now. Complete con. Having to resort to a claim against my credit card now. Appalling.

Keine Ware bekommen lasst die Finger davon...150€ weg.
Mal sehen Strafanzeige wird gestartet und über meine Bank versuchen unser Geld zu bekommen.
Hab das Raider-M gimbal für 150€ Bestellt und eigentlich hätte ich merken müssen, Real Preis ca. 250€, das da was nicht stimmt. Naja die Jagd auf Schnäppchen lässt uns manchmal Blind sein.

Just an update after one of the 'staff' at OneDigitals' commented on my review last week saying they will be in touch to arrange my refund ... guess what, they have not been in touch!!!

Tried contacting them again. No response. My bank are now investigating this issue so hopefully I will get a resolution one way or another. How this company is still one of the first to come up when you search for products on Google is a disgrace frankly

Never again! Im lucky because my bank helped me to get back the money.. but if they did not help, I would never get a refund from these guys.
I wanted to buy a mobile, and after 2 weeks I just asked them about it. And then they told me that the mobile is out of stock..if i did not ask, they would use my money still today. And after my bank sent me back my money, OneDigitals just sent me an email that they sent the refund..It is not funny fraud

Leider muß ich hier 1Stern vergeben aber der ist tief schwarz.
Zu meiner Situation.
Am 04.01.18 ein Objektive für 283€ bestellt,
am 05.01.18 die Bestätigung über den Auftragseingang mit sofortiger Abuchung vom meinem Kreditkartenkonto (was ich aber erst später erkannte)
am 08.01.18 eine email von Onedigitals das es Lieferverzögern geben könnte. Ok kann ja mal vorkommen.
Am 26.01.18 die 2. Lieferverzgerung von Onedigitals mit sofortiger Stonierung des Artikells und untersagung von meinem Kredittkartenkonto abzubuchen.
27.01.18 die Stornierungsbestätigung von Onemülldigitals erhalten mit der bestätigung das dass Geld innerhalb von 10 Werktagen wieder zurück auf meinem Konto wäre.
So heute haben wir den 07.03.18 ich habe mein Kredittkarten Unternehmen eingeschaltet und hoffe weiter.
Also last die Finger von den Laden es reicht. Ich kann es nicht verstehen das dieser Laden noch existiert. Bei diesen nur negativen Bewertungen.
So zum Posetiven Abschluss Amazon/LBB hat mir den Betrag am 15.03.2018 wieder gut geschrieben, Danke Amazon / LBB.

I WAITED 2 MONTHS FOR A REFUND AND HAD TO EVENTUALLY FORCE THEIR HAND BY RAISING A DISPUTE WITH MY BANK. ONLY THEN DID THEY GIVE ME A REFUND (WITHIN 2 DAYS).
APPALLING EXPERIENCE - DO NOT USE.

Still no Refund after countless emails and replies on trust pilot promising me one. I haven't heard from them in over a week. Come on onedigitals I miss your insincere apologies and false promises of a refund. My week has been somewhat empty without you, a bit like your promises. Give me my refund, It really is that easy. I know you are chasing this on my behalf, you've told me this many times. Send me my money.

Avoid at all costs.
Ordered and took my money. No phone after 3 months. Have emailed about refund and got told to wait 25 days. Still no phone still no refund. Dispute now escalated through credit card company.

AVOID! This company is an utter scam. Bought a watch on 26 Dec, felt there was something wrong about the payment process (not PayPal), and so requested a refund within the hour. Despite many emails as of 5 March this £230 still hasn’t been refunded. It’s not possible to get through to the phone line at all and I’ve had to request my bank look into it as credit card fraud.

ONEdigitals is quite simply a scam, I tried to by a camera last November and like everyone else here eventually tried to get a refund! They're just not contactable!

A fraudulent company in every sector. Still waiting for a refund? Have ASKED google to take down their website so other s are not ROBBED,STAY away at all costs you do not mean a thing to them Just a company to rip you off.

You better refund my money back. You cancel my order cost 191euro ++ and stating nothing about refund. I already sent my bank to do the dispute. You better refund my money back
