I placed an order at the start of December 2017. After hearing nothing about it although the money was taken from my account quickly I tried for days to contact the company getting no where. Finally got a response on the online chat and requested a refund. Refund was apparently processed at the end of December but guess what. Yes that's right still haven't had my refund. I have again contacted the company via online chat and keep getting told they are updating their systems and to wait 30 working days and then told to wait a further 25 working days from 22nd January. Those days have been and gone and still no refund. I have been unsuccessful in contacting the company in the past week as the online chat cuts me off (I think when the realise what I'm again asking for). This is the worst company I have ever had any dealings with and will never buy again and will actively advise people to avoid at all costs.

Worst experience of my life. I contacted this company regarding an Apple Watch and they came back very quick to my email. I subsequently placed and order but that’s where the service disappeared. I received no notification of where my order was upto so I tried the number, Which doesn’t really exist, nobody will ever answer and messages left we’re never picked up. I susequenlty cancelled my order as someone eventually responded to my numerous emails. I’ve been waiting 3 months and still no refund, the response is that they’ve had system
Upgrades. I’m left with no option but to contact my credit card company and lodge a dispute. This must be a scam which I’ve fallen for, I didn’t do enough research into them and panicked as I’d left my Xmas presents too late. Don’t ever use this company, any positive feedback on the internet will probably be false .

Just to add to the general poor reviews, I fortunately didn't order anything after seeing the level of complaints. However, I was trying and when I asked for some help using their "chat" service, had absolutely no response at all. Thankfully, I haven't lost any money with them.

Please guys never use this website to order anything online. I ordered two products paying more than 300 euros and still I have no clue about my order and they do not reply to your emails properly. This is the worst website I have ever used to order anything online. Please don't get cheated with them and save your money from them

Avoid at all costs ...still waiting for a £200 refund from December 2017

Auch ich habe mich in der Weihnachtszeit linken lassen, anders als die meisten hier jedoch Antwort auf Emails erhalten. Die waren allesamt von cs@, also auch unpersönlich, scheinbar von einem Artur H.
Ich wollte noch an das gute im Menschen glauben und habe Onedigitals Zeit gegeben, ehe auch ich storniert habe. Hierfür habe ich eine Vorlage gegoogelt und eine 14-Tage-Frist zur Rückerstattung eingeräumt.
Diese wurde natürlich nicht eingehalten, auch wenn innerhalb dieser Frist 3-4 Emails eingingen, die vorgaukeln sollten, dass die Rückerstattung bearbeitet wird.
Habe mich schließlich mit der Chargeback Abteilung meines Kreditunternehmens in Verbindung gesetzt und bereits am nächsten Tag hat mein Kreditunternehmen mir mein Geld zurücküberwiesen.
Leider geben Kreditunternehmen die Nummer der Chargeback-Abteilung nicht immer einfach preis. Einfach so lange nachhaken und erwähnen, dass die von onedigitals versuchen, Kunden per Emails hinzuhalten, um Fristen verstreichen zu lassen. Das hat bei mir geholfen und die Situation in unter 10 Minuten geklärt.
Bin echt froh, dass ich online immer auf Kreditkarten zurückgreife, um so die Unterstützung eines Konzerns hinter mir zu haben.
Fazit: Bei fremden Webseiten immer per Kreditkarte bestellen und am besten innerhalb von 5 Wochen stornieren. Bei mir waren es inzwischen über 2,5 Monate seit Aufgabe der Besellung und trotzdem konnten die mit schnell helfen.
Am Ball bleiben und onedigitals bei der Polizei anzeigen, damit denen das Handwerk gelegt werden kann.

I Made an order from OneDigitals on 12/01/2018, after 10 days i contacted them and was told to wait 48 hours to find out why my purchase hadn't left the warehouse and find out when i would get it. i waited 48 hours and heard nothing, so i contacted them again and was told they didn't know why i wasn't contacted. At this point i had seen what the reviews are like.

Anyway, at this point i had lost all faith in them delivering my purchase so i asked for a refund, to which i was told that it would take 25 working days, 25 WORKING DAYS! thats 5 weeks. A bank transfer takes no more than a few days, they know i am owed money, what is stopping them from transferring it directly? anyway surprise surprise, the refund wasnt made after 25 days. i contacted them again and was told to wait another 48 hours to find out what is going on.

I am pursuing every avenue to retrieve my money. and so far nothing is working, and i may have to go through my bank directly.

UPDATE - 2 weeks on and absolutely no contact has been made from ONEdigitals, I have contacted my bank and advise everyone else to do the same immediately. And if you are inclined contact Hong Kong Police and Actionfraud.police.uk, and hopefully this embarrassing excuse of a business will get shut down.

UPDATE - Finally got my money back but only by going through my bank. The most pathetic excuse for a business I have ever come across. one star is too much, I would pay a lot of money to ruin this company and its owners. I assure you that if you have purchased anything from them, they have absolutely no plans to send you jack, or even reimburse you, go straight to your bank and tell them this.

Absolutely shocking customer service.

I placed an order for headphones on Nov 27th. I was told that the product i had ordered and been charged €180 for was not in stock and to select another. Which I did, only to be told that this product was also out of order. At this point I cancelled my order and received an email saying they would process my refund. It is now 2 months since that email was received and I haven't received my refund.

I have emailed repeatedly, tweeted them and called them but have not received a legitimate response. Completely unacceptable customer service and no transparency or accountability from their company.

I will escalate my complaint to the consumer protection authority.

Repose received to my original post stated refund would be processed within 25 working days. Well it’s now been more than that since the 1 March and no refund has been received, they have refused to respond to 10+ emails.

I completely understand why everyone has given onedigitals only 1 star (and would give less if it were possible). I have bought from this company/website a few times. Until my most recent order they have always delivered, albeit considerably longer than expected. The upside has always been huge saving on prices here in the UK. My last order before my most recent (2 Olympus M.Zuiko Pro lenses) took a very long time, and their support seemed to be giving me the run-around. However they finally arrived so all as forgiven. My most recent order I paid extra for express shipping, figuring it might speed things up a bit, but after 3 weeks with no change to my order status ("pending"), I cancelled it and asked for refund. I was told that the refund will take 25 business days, which basically means 5 weeks. I said it was unacceptable but I was talking to a brick wall, so I contacted my credit card provider and got the refund directly from them. I have since thought about ordering another lens from them, but every attempt to contact them to talk about it has proved futile.

I know from experience that onedigitals CAN (and HAVE) supply ordered items, but I can't say for sure that this happens every time or that they are a trustworthy retailer. Try them if you dare, but I strongly advise lot of patience.

I bought a camera on 14/Jan/2018 for 512 Euro, order number 511-12003 on onedigitals.de.
Since camera was not available they proposed me to refund my money. I accepted and still waiting for my money. I am sending emails every day but I receive a kind of standard answer asking me to wait 12 working days.
I also notified .actionfraud.police.uk

Wish I had visited this site before ordering from these scam artists ! £226 on an apple I watch for a Christmas present - it’s now almost March and no watch no refund. Have sent probably around 20 emails to them and had eventually received a response saying I would be refunded, then that there was a delay, then that my query had expired ? Dont think I will ever see the money back so annoyed with myself for being fooled and not checking the legitimacy of their site before ordering!! Stay away !!

Based on my own experience (which is the same as everyone else's: no product sent and endless putting off of a refund) and all the reviews here, it seems perfectly clear to me that this is not a legitimate company; they are entirely fraudulent. Has anyone ever received an item from them? How many have received the promised refunds? How many have relied on their credit card companies to give the refund and let this company away with pure theft?
It is time someone took proper legal action to have this "company" closed down. Perhaps we need to get together to make up the legal fees and get these crooks locked up.

After 3 months of a wait, I just want my money back. And now, they won't reply to my email. BIGGEST scam on planet earth and in no way money saving. More like the Biggest nuisance on earth. Just give me my hard earned money back!!!

Stay away from this fraud company.

After 2 month of continuous pain, I finally got my refund through bank.

If you want your money, don't waste your time with their poor customer service, which keeps you busy and frustrated . I had to raise a dispute with my bank to get through them.

Ordered my item 9th Jan- after 3 weeks I received no
update.

Emails, calls and no one ever answers!!

It turns out the item was out of stock just no one bothered to tell me!!

Online chat eventually cancelled my order but even that took 2 days!!!!

After a week still no refund

More emails not responded too, more calls where no one picks up and again eventually someone in the phillapines comes back to me to tell me it’s 25 working days for a refund (seriously!)

How can they brand as a UK retailer this is shocking!!! And as we are now 24th Feb and still no refund. They have £185 of my money that due to a ‘system upgrade’ I have to wait for......... awful company, awful service and awful excuses! Stay away!!!!!

Terrible - AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!

They don't ship anything then give you the run around for months to get a refund. I still have not got mine after 2 months, looks like I will have to get my bank to refund me directly at this rate.

I've contacted ONEdigitals multiple times since I cancelled the order and every time, the same excuse:

"We apologise for the inconvenience as we were advised by our accounting team recently as to why the refund is taking too long than expected.For the past few weeks, ONEdigitals UK has been undergoing system enhancements, which affected the timeline in processing refunds.As we work through the upgrade, we just wanted to let you know that the refund will be processed as we have promised. ONEdigitals UK has been on the market for years and wanted to inform you that such things do not happen on a daily basis.Ultimately, these upgrades will help us improve our operations and overall customer experience. Refunds will be automatically issued to the same payment account used for the purchase. We will notify you once the refund is complete."

Ordered camera on 7th Dec, never came for Christmas with a disappointed child, canceled on 26th, rang numerous times and spoke with same girl as I think only 1 person answers phone, still not passed to finance dept and I was told I'd get a return call, its now 23rd Feb with no refund, an absolute con I still don't know how site is still active etc don't think I'll see my money, has anyone on here actually got a refund !!!!

Na 4 maanden nog steeds mijn geld niet terug. Heb al aangifte gedaan. Ze vertellen je altijd dat ze er iets aan gaan doen op de mail. Maar er gebeurt nooit iets. Dit is de slechte online winkel ervaring die ik ooit heb meegemaakt. Het enigste doel van deze winkel is je geld. Bestel hier nooit iets!

I have had the same experience through Onedigitals.com.us. Ordered a video gaming steering wheel in mid January. Kept saying it would be shipped but it wasn't. Then was told it was out of stock and didn't know when they'd be back in stock. So I cancelled my order and on Jan. 30 got email confirming that my cancellation was processed but got the bs about refund system issues and I'd have to wait 25 days for refund. A week ago I started getting emails that my item would ship. I wrote multiple emails telling them to stop the order since I already cancelled it and didn't want it. It shipped anyway. I've sent multiple emails and left voicemails with no replies to any of them. Now I have an item I don't want, they won't reply about how to send back without paying for shipping and no refund. I filed a complaint with my credit card company to get a refund. This has been a horrible company to buy from. Won't buy ever again!
