No refund after confirmation I was going to be sent. #1500028866

So after a long wait I received my iphone with a big delay.
After 6 weeks of use, the on/off button has ceased working so I have got in touch with them with emails/phone calls/live chats with NO results whatsoever despite the 3 months warranty.
I think they need to be reported to trading standards!

I don´t trust this site at all!!! I didn´t receive my phone. It´s been almost 3 monhts since I did the purchase, exchanging emails (that they replied with template style emails and after a week at least!) I ended up querying the refund though my credit card company. Not worth your time :(

The worst online experience I have ever had , they took my money for a watch they never had in stock , will probably never have in stock , are not responding to emails now and I am waiting now for a refund I doubt I will ever see. Incidentally they are still tonight advertising the very same watch and apparently ships in 6 days , this is clearly a lie / false advertising as I have 2 emails telling me they don’t have these and don’t know when they will. I voice the same opinions as everybody else on here. I made an order on 13th Januray 2018, I then received an email saying that the order had been delayed.

After weeks of not receiving the item, I decided to cancel the order on 4th February and all I got back from the company was:

"For the past few weeks, ONEdigitals UK has been undergoing system enhancements, that resulted to delays in processing refunds."

As of 21st February, I'm still awaiting me refund.

DON'T ORDER WITH THIS COMPANY!

I'm usually cautios when buying on the internet, and mostly use reliable sites, but here I am amongst the other cheated persons, hurting me with 374 Euro. (My purchase was on ONE Digitals.de)
I really stopped the order, I was contacted by Artur (more likely a fake name), that I will get back my money in 14 working days, but as all the other stories here, nothing happened. I just get to my requests some very polite, but time-pulling, answers.
I will not stop till I get my refund, I'll use lawyers too if necessary.
Don't even try to consider buying from them those who are still willing to

Danke meiner Bank N26 und dem Kreditkartenunternehmen habe ich endlich mein Geld zurück. Ich habe den Support meiner Bank angemailt, welche mir dann ein Formular für Streitigkeiten zugesendet haben. Das musste ich ausfüllen und ein paar Belege anhängen (ging alles online) und nach kurzer Zeit hat Mastercard mir das Geld gutgeschrieben.
Wichtig: Das ganze darf nicht länger als 120 Tage (erwarteeter Liefertermin bzw. Stornierung) her sein!
5 Sterne für N26 und Mastercard!

Am 04.01.18 etwas für 180€ bestellt. Direkt per KK bezahlt.
Auf Nachfrage am 23.01.18 die Auskunft erhalten, es würde noch 3-4 Wochen dauern.
Daraufhin Auftrag storniert, Bestätitgung erhalten und warte bis heute auf mein Geld. Am 12.02. die übliche Antwort bekommen: "Systemfehler", "dauert noch etwas"....
Werde mir jetzt die Mühe machen müssen, ein gerichtliches Mahnschreiben aufzusetzen:

Besser 20% mehr ausgeben, aber dafür hat man den Artikel innerhalb weniger Tage.

Bei einer anderen Bewertung zum gleichen Fall hat man sich nach meiner Bestellnummer erkundigt und damit im Portal suggeriert, man würde sich um den Fall "kümmern": Natürlich habe ich denen nochmals meine Bestellnummer mitgeteilt. Und natürlich ist seitdem NICHTS passiert.

I have placed my order on December 2017 end and I haven't received my product until January 2018 End. I lost hopes with the company and cancelled my order. Its more than 15 days and I still haven't received the refund. Received the same message that others have reported that they are in the system upgrade so refunds takes more than 10 days ! I get replies from a person called Charlotte. I even think this is some kind of fraud going on that so many people had the same experience. I will have to think about legal action If I don't receive my money back. Pathetic experience like never before !!

I still haven't received my money back !!!! What kind of FRAUD is this that it takes more than 4 months since I paid ONEDIGITAL that I neither received the product nor got the money back. WHEN are you going to refund ??? Pathetic experience

Wow I should have looked on here before I made my purchase. Dec 8th I bought a Fitbit. By Dec 28th the order status was still Unfulfilled. I emailed them saying to cancel the order and send me a refund. I received an email back from a Melissa saying it could take up to 10 business days to process the refund. Almost 20 business days later I hadn't received anything so I emailed again. This time a Winny responded and said due to a system upgrade they were behind on processing refunds, but she'd send another message to the Accounting Department. As of today, and multiple emails back and forth with them saying there was nothing else they could do except to wait, I still have no refund.

I ordered a mobile phone 29/12/17, they took my money on 3/1/18, after a few weeks nothing received so contacted One digital who said due to xmas high demand they were awaiting more stock.
I have contacted them on a weekly basis since then & have been told the same story, so I requested a refund on 7 feb only to be told they are having a system update & it could take 25 days!!!!!
I have emailed them since on 11th ,13th & 17th insisting on a refund, the only reply I have received said they were closing my query as nothing has been heard from me for 14 days!!!!!
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY,

STILL NO REPLY AND THEIR EMAIL ADDRESS IS NOLONGER IN USE!!!

I ordered a Moble phone on 17/12/2017 and it showed as Processing/Processed for a week at which point I contacted the online help chat box and was given the excuse they are giving people who paid fro Express delivery and as it was close to Christmas I accepted that.
Time passed and I kept Asking where and when I would get my phone.
After a few weeks I cancelled the order after one excuse after another.
The same happened with the Refund " its been handed to our Accounts Dpt Blah Blah Blah, Finally got my Refund on 15/022018.

Awful experience, after purchasing an iPad with extended warranty waited for 4 weeks and no sign of anything so I emailed for support, after 3 days I received an email from Agnes telling me it might take an unspecified amount of time as they had no iPads in stock, I thought this was strange but I waited another 3days to see if any iPad would be out for delivery to me-but surprise, surprise, still no information about my order. I requested a full an immediate refund and 3 days later I received an email from Agnes who stated their website is going under enhancements therefore there will be a delay in processing refunds???? I’m not sure what their website has to do with the refund process but I’m still waiting and I hope that I don’t need to go through the small claims court to get my refund back-absolute waste of time and money!!!!!!!!

I can't believe so many people are going through the same thing! One digitals are a DISGRACE! Can't give you a straight answer and just been fobbed off+ I've had enough now! My order didn't arrive so I rang them and they said it was out of stock but had no correspondence from them telling me this and when I said when will i receive It then and they had no odea. I then cancelled my order to be told it would take 10 days.... no refund over 10 days later. Rang them again and they said 25 days. Rang them today after 25 days and was told to take in to account Hong Kong bank holiday ... which is 4 days which would mean being refunded in 2 days which they then said they don't know! Iv now raised a dispute with my bank as it's ridiculous. It's not a small amount either ... it's over 300 pound! Why are they still allowed to take people's money!!!

doesn't deserve a single star - complete scammers. Apple watch was never received and they have not refunded me at all - purchased for Christmas and they have responded. On `Dec 19th they said would refund and it would refunded in my account within 10 days - it never was

Same as these other reviews, this company is awful. They took my money for a smartwatch months ago, haven't delivered and can't seem to refund my money either now. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY, they appear to be a fraud of some kind. If anyone does know the correct procedure for taking action I would appreciate knowing so I can do the same, thanks. I will be looking how to take action unless my money can be refunded immediately which the email contact (Raji-Vi) doesn't seem to be able to help me with, just keeps answering with the same stock response.

If I could give a ZERO I would. Ordered my daughters Christmas present back in November, 16 e-mails later and apologises that I haven't received the item and that a refund would be processed. All standard templates and nobody gives a monkies. Whenever you call the company, always no.1 in the queue and then they either terminate the phone call or nobody to answer the call. Leave a voicemail and nobody returns the call. Absolutely GUTTED!! I certainly cannot just wright the cost off and now looking into how/what I need to do to take the matter further

Ordered and paid (VISA) for a Panasonic camera mid December. Got a receipt for my payment and an order to say my order was 'fufilled". After that nothing. No response to multiple emails. A telephone number in London goes unanswered all the time. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. DO NOT EVEN BOTHER TO VIST THEIR WEBSITE. Thanks heavens for the efficiency of VISA who have retrieved my money. BEWARE OF ONEDIGITALS!

When I first ordered my item, they took funds directly out of my account staright away instead of freezing the funds in my account until the shipping of the item. On their website, it stated "the item usually leaves the warehouse in 1 week". At no point after, did they contact me saying they could not source the item, I had to phone them continuously with no answer and email them a few times before they even got back to me.
They should have stated on their website that the item was out of stock but then they would not have been able to get my money.

I did inform them that I wanted a full refund on the 24th January, they sent me a couple of emails in the meantime that they are really sorry and working hard to resolve the situation......

It is now 18th February and they still have not completed the refund. So Im still waiting.

This company is a complete and utter sham. The Trading Standards Authority should know about their business.

Whatever you do, do not purchase anything from this site.
