Non-responsive customer service
The lamp itself was as expected but customer service was non-responsive. I sent three emails asking a simple question about delivery status (to make sure I could be home that day) yet no one ever replied, making me wonder what was happening. Everything ultimately arrived - hence the 3 stars - but given the customer service team was MIA I cannot give higher. They also never picked up the phone - why even list a phone number if no one answers?

Good evening, thank you for taking the time to write a review, as a young company all feedback is beneficial.
We can only apologise for the lack of communication. We have had some issues with the phone line recently and have since taken the number off the site until we are satisfied the issue it sorted and won't affect things moving forward.
As for the emails I will be looking into what has happened here, as not having a reply to 3 emails is not good enough at all. If you could confirm your order number so we can search for your emails and look into exactly what has happened here. We do pride ourselves on our customer service and try to reply to all emails within one working day, so this is very concerning and something I would like to get to the bottom of.
Thank you again for taking the time to give the feedback, it really is helpful and it has given me the chance to look into a problem, I would otherwise have not been aware of.

No problem with the product itself
No problem with the product itself. Long waiting time (but this was partly due to Nkuku availability of product). Communication with Ombra to chase my order was tricky and I did have to keep emailing to chase the order. No emails/texts to say item was depatched as other companies tend to do.

The lamp is gorgeous. We ordered a bulb which the incorrect one was delivered - however we contacted them via web chat and easily arranged a replacement with no fuss.

Very good service overall
Very good service overall. The customer service team were quick to help, polite throughout, and kindly allowed me to return an item even after the 14-day window because I had been away on holiday and missed it, which I was very grateful for. My only criticism is the return cost... the product was around £72.99, but it cost £14.99 to send back, which feels quite excessive.

There were a couple of options for the return, one of which was that you could have arranged the return yourself and it may have cost a little less than the £10.85 return label sent by the brand which you opted for. If you ever have any questions moving forward about return options we are happy to help.

Order/Shipment to the UAE
Jake at Ombra was great, I am based in the UAE. He was very responsive , precise and pricing was very competitive. The Llardo figurines arrived as promised. Great experience, I can highly recommend Ombra Lighting.

Great Shopping Experience
First time I’ve used this company and was very pleased with the service. I ordered a light that had a long lead in time for delivery. The company kept me informed throughout, offered me a larger light in the same design but at the lower price. I decided to wait for the light I wanted and wasn’t disappointed with the Pooky Outdoor Brass Wall Light. I would recommend this company.

Awful customer services no response to…
After feeling frustrated that I couldn’t get through to customer services over a weekend. The beginning of the working week I experienced excellent customer service regular updates on my order. I also received a phone call from the owner of the company with an apology for wrong information given about when the light would arrive. Very pleased with the light that I received from Ombra lighting. 😊

Product ordered, confirmed, paid for then not despatched. When chased after five days, told it was not available from their supplier. Read the small print as they clearly don’t have the stock in. Guarantee your item by purchasing from another company. You will be disappointed if you try to buy something from them.

When we were notified, we made you aware within the hour to offer alternative finishes or provide a refund.
