I started using Olavita eye cream and age defying serum 3 weeks ago. My skin has responded nicely to this natural beauty product line. I have very sensitive skin so I am thrilled. The outcome is very promising. My skin is smoother and a bit tighter.
I would definitely recommend Olavita skin care products as one of the best. I only wish I discovered them 20 years ago!

They say i agreed to a subscription i did not
They sent the 3 bottles i bought
Then just one month later they took out 105.30 from my bank about again and say they are sending me 3 more bottles
They say i signed up for a subscription which I did not
And defiantly not monthly
I don't have that kind of money
And especially for shit that doesn't work
Help me take them down

Agree with everything others have print. It’s a scam for trying to get to sign up for discounted products and then if they don’t work out, you can’t return them for a refund total BS and highly advise to stay away from this company

This product does not work. Customer service is terrible.
I supposedly signed up for a subscription, which I tried to cancel multiple times since receiving my first bottle of serum.
Instead, I keep receiving more bottles and no confirmation that they will cancel my subscription in addition to charging me every month. I have spent endless time on this, including calling my credit card company, which now will take time to dispute it. What a nightmare!!!!! Don't get sucked into this!! Do not buy from them...that's my best advice

Ordered this product before Christmas. Took 3 weeks to arrive. Ok, then 2 days later I see my credit card charged for another 3 bottles. I promptly sent an email and received a reply right away, saying I had agreed to a subscription, which apparently is 3 bottles per month for god only knows how many months, and when I replied and said I did not agree to any subscription. They claimed I paid the discount price$105, instead of the full price and that constituted agreeing to a subscription. Additionally they had charged my card after only 3 weeks from the original charge. So I called and spoke to a lady who reiterated my agreement and after a lot of discussion she stated they would not charge me any more after this 2nd charge. I kept all of the emails to prove to my credit card company my efforts, when I have to contact them about this fraud. Be aware, this is not a company you want to do business with, plus a bottle supposedly lasts a month and I have 6 months of this worthless product. Sadly I didn’t come here first.

Suddenly 3/26 This company sends me a message saying oh we are willing to talk to you and please update my review. Well they said they sent contact information, they sent nothing. My review stands terrible thieving company. Stay away.

Der Shop hat im Bestellvorgang damit geworben, dass ein Serum 60 Tage lang "getestet" werden darf und wenn es nicht gefällt, 100% Geld-zurück-Garantie gegeben. Nun, zum Testen muss man das Serum öffnen. Als ich davon Hautausschlag bekam, wollte ich es zurückgeben. Die Sache ging auch über die PayPal-Schlichtung. Der Shop hat sich damit herausgeredet, dass in den Verkaufsbedingungen festgelegt ist, dass geöffnete Flaschen "aus hygienischen Gründen" nicht zurückgegeben werden können. Das ist zwar einsichtig, aber dann dürfte die Firma nicht auf diese Weise werben.
Leider muss ich hier Betrugsabsicht unterstellen. Aber mir ist es zu blöd, damit vor Gericht zu gehen. Ich möchte nur andere warnen, nicht auf diesen Shop hereinzufallen.

My wife purchased the ‘Facial Skin Care Massager’ from Olivata for £113.28 (advertised as $139.95) and has today arrived. Total scam. The product is a Temu £6.60 product, nothing more! I just could not believe how a company could provide such a cheap product as this. Please avoid buying from this company.

I haven't tried it yet, but I am fuming because this company charged me £79 for 3 bottles of Liquid Botox Solution and you can buy it from Amazon for £21.99.
