Excellent service install by Adrian D and Iestyn W on Friday. Trouble free install and "its just does what it says on the tin"! Fast speeds, low pings and overall, brilliant. Well done.

I'd lost my WiFi signal after getting a Smart meter fitted, as my electric had been turned off. Spoke to a very friendly, knowledgeable lady who talked us through rebooting the system. Call was answered extremely quickly. After around a 8 minute call we were back up and running. Very happy customer.

Been amazing from start to finish. 100 times better than sky! There was an issue with the line on installation, but their engineers fixed the issue the following day. Kept me in the loop all through the journey, amazing aftercare. Very friendly and helpful customer service staff, Cassie was great on the phone.

The engineers Simon Davies and AshleyDean arrived on time and were very helpful. They made sure I was connected to the app and showed me step by step how to use it and connect my devices.

OGI's installers were extremely professional and friendly throughout my installation today. Nothing was too much for them, and they've done a very tidy job. The broadband speed so far is exactly what I was expecting, so very pleased.

When contacted OGI they were polite, and really helpful through the whole process. Internet speeds fantastic no problems everything with OGI was really great.

I’m very reluctant to give reviews to service providers but I have to say that OGI have been reliable and when I have contacted them I have spoken to a person who resolved things straight away.

Ashley Dean and Simon Davies turned up to the issues I have had with my WiFi speeds which has been ongoing for months. I was only getting 30-40mbps. The boys turned up and fixed the issue very quickly and now I'm getting 200mbps. Thanks boys, excellent service.

I am very happy with the Ogi services over the past year, a very efficient supply of services. I have spoken with Sion in contract renewal and will be keeping Ogi services for the next two years.

Have had Ogi fibre for almost 2 years. Service good up until now. Had voip landline as an addition with caller id. The internet has dropped on a few occasions.. No replies to emails to cust services. Caller id has now stopped working. Called cust services, who could or would not confirm that caller id was present on my voip line telling me it is on the phone??

also could not get amazon voucher for friend "website issue" but they frequently called to offer service without voucher scheme
