Ogi is Wales’s leading alternative network provider, installing a Gigabit-capable digital network in towns and villages across south Wales. It’s next generation stuff, giving local families and businesses great value ultrafast and ultra-reliable services, from a talented local team.
Bringing a full fibre network to your community takes a lot of planning, digging, cabling and installing – but, don’t worry, if we need to dig in your street, it should only take a few weeks. Once it’s in, your full fibre network is capable of being up-cycled continually, so you won’t be seeing our diggers again for a very long time, unless we need to quickly repair something.
Once it’s installed, full fibre broadband is pretty reliable. But of course things can go wrong from time to time with the network, your equipment or our services. We monitor the network 24/7, dealing with known problems straight away; so even if the Customer Care team isn’t available, our Ogi Engineers will still be busy repairing any issues we spot – hopefully before you even notice.
If you have any issues or questions to raise with Ogi, please call our friendly Care team (contact details below), and we’ll get back to you as soon as we can. We’re here from Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 6:00pm and Saturday, 9:00am - 5:00pm.

Have had Ogi fibre for almost 2 years
Have had Ogi fibre for almost 2 years. Service good up until now. Had voip landline as an addition with caller id. The internet has dropped on a few occasions.. No replies to emails to cust services. Caller id has now stopped working. Called cust services, who could or would not confirm that caller id was present on my voip line telling me it is on the phone??
customer services not good
also could not get amazon voucher for friend "website issue" but they frequently called to offer service without voucher scheme

Helpful lads who got us sorted in no time
The boys from Ogi were super helpful and efficient, they had all the right kit to get us setup and away with our superfast broadband and showed us how to use the app. They were funny and really made the experience worthwhile. They got right on with the job and set us all up in about 10 mins! Shoutout to the dream team Adrian D and Iestyn W!

Great service from OGI
OGI were helpful from the off. Lloyd organised our switch and explained everything clearly. We signed up to a 200Mbps tariff for £17pm on a 12 month contract, with the option to leave within 30 days if not satisfied. At least £10pm cheaper than our previous supplier- with 200Mbps instead of 72!
Install was handed well with lots of updates & reminders as the day approached. The installers were on time and discussed with us where the incoming line would be drilled and the external box located. Adrian and Iestyn were polite, helpful and informative all the way through the process.
OGI (Cassie) followed up with a courtesy call to check everything was going well and to see she could offer assistance with anything.
Vert impressed with OGI for now, and hope things continue to run smoothly as we get further into the 12 month contract.

OGi accounts in chaos
I was a Spectrum customer prior to it being OGi. I paid around £39 monthly for broadband and anytime calls. In 2024 I noticed OGi was taking £50+ per month and I was being charged for calls apparently made to ‘national geographic’ whatever that means. After a series of calls/emails the situation was sorted out and my account was credited. Sept 2025 receive notification that I owe £89 for outstanding amount from 2024. Contacted OGi who emailed that they would - as good faith - reduce bill by 50% to £24.65? Phoned to explain problem was theirs from last year - basically told I owed them - no idea why but could not be bothered arguing anymore so just paid £24.65 to make it go away. Clearly major problems with their accounting app.

Totally incompetent and expensive.
I am a high street business, and for a long time have been paying OGI £220 a month for a very slow broadband in Monmouth town.
I have complained in the past and been told that fast fibre not available yet.
I have tried twice this week to speak to someone because I now know that Fast fibre is in a box in the street nearby.
On two occasions I have waited on the phone for over 15 minutes and no-one picked up. I emailed last week and since, and no-one has responded.
A communication company that does not communicate!!
They are a complete shambles and are overcharging for a poor outdated broadband.
I am going to another provider now.

Stay away from them
Great at first and then massive price hike that isn’t competitive.
Terrible customer service and hugely disappointing service.
I really wanted to support a smaller, Welsh company but they’re honestly rubbish.

Highly recommended
Will and Liam turned up as planned and fitted the fibre cable round the garden so it's barely visible.
They tested the system, explained how it worked and got me online before they left and left every clean.

Iestyn W and Adrian D are an asset to this company. Punctual and on time, explained everything from start to finish. Installed for me around 10am - was gone by 11:45. Fast, efficient and excellent at what they do. Couldn’t rate them or ogi highly enough. Outstanding speeds. Will definitely recommend them both and the company.

Ella has been fantastic
I just wanted to take a moment to recognise the exceptional customer service I received from Ella. From the moment we connected, she was professional, focused, and incredibly efficient. She didn't waste a second of my time – she listened carefully, understood exactly what I needed, and dealt with my enquiry swiftly and effectively.
In a world where good service is becoming harder to find, Ella stood out as a true example of how it should be done. Her calm, confident manner and clear communication made the entire process smooth and stress-free. It was honestly a pleasure dealing with her.
I sincerely hope her managers take note of the high standard she’s setting – she deserves every bit of recognition for the excellent work she’s doing.

Good service and clear explanations
I have had the OGi service for nearly a year, and it suits our use in the household perfectly.
I have renewed with them and Sion made it nice and easy and ensured I had the right package for our needs without trying to over sell me something I didn't need.
Yes the price increased but I understood in my first year I was getting an introduction offer,plus my new charge is comparable with the same service from other providers.

Good provider but there is an issue.
I moved from Plusnet to Ogi - great move - my speed increased dramatically and my costs fell. But I have dropped a star because the guys strung a black wire across my white walls, which looks shoddy, dreadful. Apparently they only have black - well for heaven’s sake get some white as well. ☹️

Had Ogi broadband installed today
Had Ogi broadband installed today. Only waited one week from start to finish.
Can not fault the service Ogi offers.
Engineers Will H and Huw J were helpful, polite and helped me set up Ogi app, also taking time to go through the app settings which gave me confidence to use the app being an older person.
After having lots of problems with Virgin Media, left with out a broadband service for nearly a month. Best decision I made was to move to Ogi.

Pleasant experience all round
Pleasant experience all round. It was easy to get through to Alex in sales, easy to communicate with the UK team speaking in clear English. Rates competitive, installation agreed and fixed up really quickly. Installation day was smooth- email and texts to confirm ahead of arrival, guys were professional, respectful and polite. Follow up call a week later from Dylan ensuring we were happy. He was helpful and I am pleased to say it has been an easy transition to Ogi.
