Bringing a full fibre network to your community takes a lot of planning, digging, cabling and installing – but, don’t worry, if we need to dig in your street, it should only take a few weeks. Once it’s in, your full fibre network is capable of being up-cycled continually, so you won’t be seeing our diggers again for a very long time, unless we need to quickly repair something.
Once it’s installed, full fibre broadband is pretty reliable. But of course things can go wrong from time to time with the network, your equipment or our services. We monitor the network 24/7, dealing with known problems straight away; so even if the Customer Care team isn’t available, our Ogi Engineers will still be busy repairing any issues we spot – hopefully before you even notice.
If you have any issues or questions to raise with Ogi, please call our friendly Care team (contact details below), and we’ll get back to you as soon as we can. We’re here from Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 6:00pm and Saturday, 9:00am - 5:00pm.

Installed the next day!!
Had a bad experience with a previous provider with signal that only reached 2 rooms, called up Ogi at 13:00pm and had an engineer out at 8am the next morning to install my new broadband, plenty of engineers on site to speed up the installation and answered all my questions, even had a courtesy call from Dylan a week after the install just to check in and see how everything is going, great service thankyou

3rd year renewal ~ seemless
Renewed with Ogi,as they gave me a Good deal compared with BT/ EE prices. And don't have to have different routers fitted( no extra drilling holes)just a quick phone call and all done for another years piece of mind..I have NEVER had to call them with any problems. Keep up the fantastic customer service OGI,OGI,OGI. 👏👏

James and Liam were excellent installation men. Very polite, even took there shoes off and went above and beyond by removing a spider for me. They also left everything clean and tidy as if they hadn't been here. Thanks both

Excellent Service
Excellent service from initial enquiry to finished job. When I called for information on Ogi, the person who took my enquiry was informative, thorough and patient, he didn't hurry so I felt confident to go ahead. The two engineers who called were competent, friendly and very helpful. It is up and running perfect, I wish I had changed earlier. We need more companies like Ogi.

I had my broadband installed yesterday. Adrian D. And Iestyn W. were amazing. They arrived on time, were very efficient and really polite and helpful. They explained every step, listened to my concerns and went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with everything. Thank you very much!

We’ve had OGI when it first started out…
We’ve had OGI when it first started out and never had an issue with them at all, but yesterday late afternoon it stopped working and they tired over the phone to get it to work but had an issue with one of the boxes but the next day in the afternoon they came out and fixed it straight away with no issues they were kwick and easy and both the engineers were helpful, and friendly their names were Adrian D and Iestyn W and they even removed the wire for us from inside the house to outside which makes it look so much neater.

Beware
Beware. I was a customer for two years. I left ogi after my contract expired as they were not the most competitive and I had issues with the internet dropping out and customer services always took days to respond. When you leave ogi they send you a Jiffy bag and collect your old equipment they gave you ie router etc. I did this and they have charged me £80 saying I didn’t return an item when I did, clearly a scam to take your money beware and go with another reputable company.

Comminication with customers would go a long way. Switched off my internet yesterday due to non payment from 2024. Which they returned. Only just informrd me 15 months later. Cant get hold of them until monday its ridiculous. Ill.be leaving asap

Ogi is an absolute mess of a company
Ogi is an absolute mess of a company. They wrongly charged me after we left them due to ridiculous price hike. They ignored emails, their customer service department and correspondence all said different things. Probably the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. I wouldn’t go near them.
I am a previous ogi customer (left them in August 2025) who was waiting for her Jiffy bag to arrive. As this is what it said would happen on the invoice they sent me.
This didn't happen. I incurred charges.
I phoned up. I spoke to someone who said that this is not what ogi do now, so they arranged a pick up of the equipment by DHL. It was picked up last Wednesday.
I was told that any charges would be waived then.
Instead I got correspondence from a debt collector that Ogi has passed onto them that I owe money for holding onto the equipment.
My complaint was ignored by Ogi. Every email I sent. Finally got it sorted out on the phone with them. No apology just an email saying my account was now closed and all their dishonest charges gone. With a ‘sorry you felt the need to make a complaint’ After the stress they created that’s a rubbish response.

We had our OGI fibre broadband installed last Thursday, and it's excellent.
The engineers attending, Adrian D, and Iestyn W were first class, very knowledgeable and very helpful.
