Adrian D and Steffan H arrived at property earlier than expected (which was great), and work was carried out in excellent fashion with minimal disturbance. Very friendly and helpful and gave me all the info I needed to get setup, whilst ensuring that the service was up and running. Excellent service 10/10. Highly recommend.

Alexandra was extremely helpful, after having an issue with Virgin and the initial set up for our broadband we were looking for a different broadband provider, after with a in length discussion Alexandra informed me of the route in which Ogi use for their broadband which was really reassuring (as Virgin informed me it may take months for them). Alexandra’s advice and support with this made myself and my partner want to sign up to Ogi straight away.
Definitely a 10/10 customer service experience there, Thank you Alex ☺️

OGI are great, great internet speed that is reliable. They also have a friendly service team if anything goes wrong.

Signed up with Ogi and installation was just 4 days later.Instalation team were efficient and polite and my experience so far has been positive.

I struggle a little with computers,but with assistance from Ogi Iam able to resolve my problems.

I needed to contact customer services today as we have been unable to access the Internet at home this morning and consequently could not do the planned work needed .
I just needed to know if it was an issue exclusive to our address or a wider issue with OGI .
The telephone reply to be fair was quite speedy but the colleague refused to speak to me as the account was in my husband’s name , I wasn’t asking for confidential information just a request about Internet functionality. When I said I couldn’t contact my husband, she cut the call .
Can’t understand the rudeness.
Personally , I deal with EE and have never once had an issue with them , staff have always been friendly and polite and will do anything they can to help and advise . It is my opinion that OGI Customer Services can learn from EE.

James was really polite and quick with his work I would really recommend ogi broadband to all family and friends

What an appalling Service.
My poor grandparents have been poached by a salesman at the door to take on their service. They have had problems with their internet and phone line from day one. Their telephone number has been changed to random 0330 number, customer care don't even know why or be in a position to help us when all they want to do is cancel - if you have vulnerable loved ones protect them, do not let them go with OGI who are unhelpful, don't seem to know what's going on themselves.

Alex was excellent - professional, easy to understand, helpful - and the whole signing-up process was stress-free and pleasant.

Changed over recently from talk talk 4 months in at the moment and it’s been brilliant 10pound cheaper than what I was paying and 3 times faster that talk talk could actually understand customer service which was great company 5 stars

Cameron was excellent helping with setting up the Eero boxes correctly and applying credit to the account so that we could buy an Ethernet extension box which he recommended. He also corrected our overcharged bill and was incredibly helpful and friendly throughout. Best service with a broadband provider. Thank you very much.

Been ghosting me for weeks and ignoring my question about what the next steps with my 24 month wifi contract coming to an end next month. Sales and customer service never reply to emails (it’s happened before). I’d rather support a local business then national provider , but you’d think they don’t want any custom!

The set up of fibre broadband was excellent. The engineers, Liam Jones and James Harvey were polite, professional and personable. They were efficient, could answer all my questions and explained everything in a simple comprehensive manner.
