I had a great experience with Ogawa. They had the best pricing, best website with comprehensive and detailed info for every massage chair they carry, reps that were knowledgeable and willing to spend time answering questions, and just overall great experience. I ended up ordering the Ogawa Active Supertrac and am very happy with its performance. Probably the best thing about the chair is the customizability of each and every feature: how wide, how fast/slow, how high/low, neck back or butt, the different strokes or even combination of strokes available, heat: on off, vibration on off, air massage on/off with the stroking massage. The only slight quibble I would have is that tracking the shipping was a bit difficult, because the shipping carriers couldn't initially find the order.... But overall, a 5 star experience.

I really appreciated the one-on-one help I received from Rick at Ogawa World USA. Not wanting to purchase a massage chair without first "test driving" it, I was happy to learn from the website that there was a showroom about an hour from my house. There was a miscommunication about there being the model I wanted (the Active-L) and ended up purchasing, but Rick promised he would call me personally when it did arrive...and he did!!! Not everyone would remember to do that. That is one of the reasons I decided to buy the chair.

I sat in and used all the chairs in the Ogawa/Cozzia showroom, and the Active-L really was my favorite. I like the size; it's not large, like some, and I needed that because it was to be placed in my office which has a narrow hallway and entry way. Anything larger would not have fit!

The new, touch screen remote is great. It's not complicated at all, which is better than the overly detailed ones I've tried, yet it has a lot of functions and most importantly for me the ability to adjust the intensity level in most settings.

This chair reclines to two zero gravity positions, one is virtually a full reline, which is a very relaxing way to have a massage. Also, it only needs to be a few inches (5, I believe) from the wall to accommodate the full recline function.

I could go on and on, but I'm glad I got this particular chair and especially happy to have chosen Ogawa World USA as my seller. Like I said to begin, Rick was great. He's professional, personable, and informative. He's good at getting a sale without coming across at all pushy. I am like a lot of people who don't like feeling pressured in any way to decide. That makes me run from the situation. I never felt that way once in the several times I spoke with Rick on the phone.

I can only hope having this new chair will continue to be a pleasant experience. It's been wonderful so far!

Rick was Great! He answered several questions via chat, then I asked him to call me so I could ask more. He called and answered more questions and helped me make my decision on what model to purchase. I had to make my purchase a few hours later and again he helped me through the process while splitting the payment between to forms. GREAT HELP!! Hopefully the EvoL massage chair is as good as Rick was!

This is Dec 31st so they are closed for the holiday and I have yet to make my purchase it is only now a matter of formality. Rick worked with me past his scheduled hours and then again from home through email afterwards. He was most helpful in answering each and every question in helping me make an informed decision. I'm sure I ranked right up there with the most. I am looking forward to working with him again Jan 2nd when he returns to work in finalizing my purchase of the Active L utilizing Ogawa's 36 month interest free credit. Some info was unclear as I went through the CHAT process to buy. Had questions later and unable to reach rep. In retrospect I should have spoken to a person on the phone. Unfortunately most phone reps speak to quickly and are difficult to understand due to foreign dialects. I was treated well by the rep but there were longer pauses on the CHAT text. Overall I was satisfied with the experience.
