Was having a hard time finding a place to look at and sit in a massage chair. Contacted Ogawa and setup an appointment to visit their show room. They had 6-8 different models of chairs to tryout. If you are looking for a massage chair and want to try different models before you buy, then this is the place. Rick was our salesman and thing could not have gone better.

Overall my experience was good. Rick at Ogawa World USA was very responsive and helpful to my e-mails. He always got back to me within 24 hours. I am very happy with the massage chair that I bought. The only complaint that I have is that it took a little longer for the White Glove Delivery company to deliver the chair. But when the delivery team did show up, they were very nice and professional and polite. They came to my house within the time frame that they told me, and set it up within 30 minutes.
